學(xué)校氣氛對(duì)中職生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的影響研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)青少年網(wǎng)民的人數(shù)越來(lái)越多,中職生作為青少年的一份子,已成為了網(wǎng)民的重要組成部分;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)普及給人們帶來(lái)便利的同時(shí),也因網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮造成不良影響,中職生因其特殊性,其網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮現(xiàn)象更加嚴(yán)重。學(xué)校是中職生學(xué)習(xí)和生活的重要場(chǎng)所,對(duì)學(xué)生的心理與行為發(fā)展具有重要影響。以往對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的原因分析和建議多從學(xué)生個(gè)人特點(diǎn)、家庭教育、學(xué)校管理等方面進(jìn)行探究,對(duì)學(xué)生實(shí)際生存和感知到的環(huán)境心理氣氛較少關(guān)注。本研究從學(xué)生感知的角度探究學(xué)校氣氛對(duì)中職生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的影響;谧晕覍(shí)現(xiàn)理論、自我決定理論、勒溫的場(chǎng)論和階段—環(huán)境匹配理論,分析學(xué)校氣氛對(duì)中職生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的影響。運(yùn)用調(diào)查法和訪談法收集資料,從學(xué)校氣氛的師生關(guān)系、同學(xué)關(guān)系、學(xué)業(yè)壓力、秩序與紀(jì)律、多樣性發(fā)展、教學(xué)氣氛和就業(yè)措施七個(gè)維度對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的影響進(jìn)行了研究。對(duì)552名中職生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并選取10名有代表性的中職生進(jìn)行深入訪談,研究結(jié)果表明,中職生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮人數(shù)占總?cè)藬?shù)的9.82%。網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)者占總?cè)藬?shù)的22%,所占比例較大,有可能進(jìn)一步發(fā)展成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮者,因此應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)中職生網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)者的重視和教育引導(dǎo)。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮類(lèi)型方面,網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲成癮者占12.39%。網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息成癮者占12.73%。網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系成癮者占11.98%。中職生在師生關(guān)系、同學(xué)關(guān)系、秩序與紀(jì)律、發(fā)展多樣性和教學(xué)氣氛上的得分與網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮總分呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),在學(xué)業(yè)壓力上的得分與網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮總分呈顯著正相關(guān)。方差分析表明,中職生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮在師生關(guān)系、同學(xué)關(guān)系、學(xué)業(yè)壓力、秩序與紀(jì)律、多樣性發(fā)展存在差異性;貧w分析顯示,秩序與紀(jì)律,學(xué)業(yè)壓力對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮具有預(yù)測(cè)作用?傮w來(lái)看,學(xué)校氣氛越積極,中職生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮傾向就越少。在上述分析基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)創(chuàng)設(shè)積極學(xué)校氣氛改善中職生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮,提出了營(yíng)造與中職生心理需求匹配的學(xué)校氣氛;創(chuàng)設(shè)具有吸引力的教學(xué)氣氛;維持恰當(dāng)學(xué)業(yè)壓力;創(chuàng)建良好的學(xué)校秩序與紀(jì)律等對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, there are more and more youth netizens in our country. As a part of teenagers, secondary vocational students have become an important part of Internet users. The popularity of the Internet brings convenience to people, but also because of the bad effects of Internet addiction, secondary vocational students because of its particularity, the phenomenon of Internet addiction is more serious. School is an important place for secondary vocational students to study and live, which has an important influence on students' psychological and behavioral development. In the past, the causes of Internet addiction were analyzed and suggested from the aspects of students' personal characteristics, family education, school management and so on, and less attention was paid to the students' actual existence and perceived environmental psychological atmosphere. This study explores the influence of school atmosphere on secondary vocational students' internet addiction from the perspective of students' perception. Based on self-realization theory, self-decision theory, Lewin's field theory and phase-environment matching theory, this paper analyzes the influence of school atmosphere on secondary vocational students' Internet addiction. By means of investigation and interview, the influence of seven dimensions of school atmosphere, teacher-student relationship, schoolmate relationship, academic pressure, order and discipline, diversity development, teaching atmosphere and employment measures on Internet addiction was studied. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 552 secondary vocational students and 10 representative secondary vocational students were selected for in-depth interviews. The results showed that the number of iad in secondary vocational school students accounted for 9.82% of the total. Network dependent persons account for 22% of the total number and account for a large proportion, which may further develop into Internet addicts. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the secondary vocational school students' network dependence and guide them to education. In the type of Internet addiction, the Internet game addiction accounted for 12.39. Internet information addiction accounted for 12.73. Internet relationship addicts accounted for 11.98%. The scores of secondary vocational students in teacher-student relationship, classmate relationship, order and discipline, diversity of development and teaching atmosphere were negatively correlated with the total score of Internet addiction, and the score of academic stress was positively correlated with the total score of Internet addiction. The variance analysis shows that there are differences in the relationship between teachers and students, the relationship between students and students, academic pressure, order and discipline, and the development of diversity among secondary vocational school students. Regression analysis showed that order and discipline, academic stress had a predictive effect on Internet addiction. Overall, the more positive the school atmosphere, the less the secondary vocational students tend to become addicted to internet. On the basis of the above analysis, aiming at creating a positive school atmosphere to improve the secondary vocational students' internet addiction, this paper puts forward a school atmosphere that matches the psychological needs of the secondary vocational school students, creates an attractive teaching atmosphere, and maintains the proper academic pressure. To establish good school order and discipline and other countermeasures and suggestions.
