【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)職業(yè)教育體系的不斷發(fā)展壯大,中職學(xué)校招生人數(shù)規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,在校生數(shù)量明顯增加,學(xué)生管理工作面臨著巨大的壓力與挑戰(zhàn)；為了更好地改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新學(xué)生管理辦法、改善管理組織機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置和提高綜合管理運(yùn)行效能,本文基于解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型和復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)理論以廣東JM學(xué)校為例對(duì)中職學(xué)校學(xué)生管理進(jìn)行分析和研究。本文首先采用了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研法和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法并結(jié)合相關(guān)系統(tǒng)理論模型進(jìn)行研究分析,然后運(yùn)用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型(ISM)找出學(xué)生管理當(dāng)中存在的突出問(wèn)題,列舉影響關(guān)鍵因素及其相互層級(jí)關(guān)系,得到了中職學(xué)生管理系統(tǒng)多級(jí)遞階結(jié)構(gòu)模型圖,對(duì)該模型的進(jìn)一步分析研究發(fā)現(xiàn)其核心問(wèn)題是現(xiàn)階段學(xué)生管理組織機(jī)構(gòu)不夠完善,缺乏應(yīng)對(duì)外界環(huán)境變化的適應(yīng)性；針對(duì)以上存在的問(wèn)題,本文從復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)理論(CAS)的視角出發(fā),運(yùn)用CAS理論分析研究、構(gòu)建主體適應(yīng)性的刺激—反應(yīng)模型和貝爾·活系統(tǒng)模型,有效地解決了學(xué)生管理機(jī)構(gòu)適應(yīng)性方面的問(wèn)題,創(chuàng)新和改進(jìn)了系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制,提出了更好的解決建議；結(jié)合本文對(duì)復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)的研究觀點(diǎn),可以給更多的中職學(xué)校學(xué)生管理工作提供解決辦法和創(chuàng)新啟示。最后,本文就中職學(xué)校學(xué)生管理問(wèn)題的解決途徑進(jìn)行深入探究,結(jié)合本文研究成果提出了很多富有成效的建議,并對(duì)以后的研究工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the vocational education system in China, the enrollment of secondary vocational schools is expanding day by day, the number of students is obviously increasing, student management is facing great pressure and challenges. In order to better improve and innovate student management methods, improve the management of organizational structures and improve the operational effectiveness of integrated management, Based on the explanatory structure model and the complex adaptive system theory, this paper analyzes and studies the student management of secondary vocational school by taking Guangdong JM school as an example. In this paper, questionnaire survey, literature investigation and statistical analysis are used to study and analyze the related system theory models, and then the explanatory structure model (ISM) is used to find out the outstanding problems in student management. This paper enumerates the key factors and their hierarchical relationships, obtains the multi-level hierarchical structure model diagram of the secondary vocational school students management system, and finds that the core problem of the model is that the student management organization is not perfect at the present stage. In view of the above problems, this paper uses CAS theory to analyze and research from the angle of complex adaptive system theory. Construct the stimulus-response model and Belleville system model of subject adaptability, effectively solve the problem of student management organization adaptability, innovate and improve the operating mechanism of the system, and put forward better solutions; Combined with the research point of view of complex adaptive system in this paper, it can provide more secondary vocational school students management solutions and innovative inspiration. Finally, this paper makes a deep exploration on the ways to solve the problem of student management in secondary vocational schools, and puts forward a lot of effective suggestions combined with the research results of this paper, and looks forward to the research work in the future.
