【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級,社會對于高級技能型人才的需求變得非常旺盛,也對高等職業(yè)院校的辦學(xué)水平提出了更高的要求。教育部早在2004年就提出高職院校應(yīng)積極開展“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng),時(shí)至今日,“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式已經(jīng)成為一種典型的校企合作教育模式。將企業(yè)中的“訂單”概念引入職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域,強(qiáng)調(diào)按照企業(yè)崗位的需求有針對性地培養(yǎng)人才,既滿足了企業(yè)的用人需求,又解決了學(xué)生就業(yè),同時(shí),學(xué)校的辦學(xué)水平也得到了提高。“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式是職業(yè)教育的一大創(chuàng)舉。然而,這種育人模式在實(shí)際的運(yùn)行當(dāng)中,由于各個(gè)方面的原因,產(chǎn)生了一些問題和矛盾,經(jīng)常達(dá)不到理想的效果。本文以武漢軟件工程職業(yè)學(xué)院、山東商業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院和山東冶金技師學(xué)院這三所不同辦學(xué)水平的高職院校作為個(gè)案,運(yùn)用問卷、訪談等方法展開調(diào)查研究,從而了解“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀、面臨的問題,通過理性思考,提出對策。 本文由三個(gè)部分組成,共六章。第一部分是全文的基礎(chǔ),由第一、二章構(gòu)成,第一章緒論主要說明了研究的背景、目的、對象和意義,并對以往的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了綜述,第二章闡述了研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。第二部分是對于“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式現(xiàn)狀與問題的描述,這部分體現(xiàn)在第三、四章中。第三部分是提出對策、得出結(jié)論,在第二部分對問題分析的基礎(chǔ)上,就如何解決“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式中存在的問題、保證“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式長效運(yùn)行的機(jī)制等提出對策和建議。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于從個(gè)案研究入手,為“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式突破現(xiàn)實(shí)中的障礙提供了一整套思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy and the upgrading of industrial structure, the social demand for advanced skilled personnel has become very strong, and higher requirements have been put forward for the level of running schools of higher vocational colleges. As early as 2004, the Ministry of Education put forward that higher vocational colleges should actively carry out the "order-type" talent training. Up to now, the "order-type" talent training model has become a typical mode of school-enterprise cooperation education. The concept of "order" in enterprises is introduced into the field of vocational education, which emphasizes the training of talents in accordance with the needs of enterprises, which not only meets the employment needs of enterprises, but also solves the employment of students, at the same time, The level of running schools has also been improved. The mode of training talents by order is a great innovation of vocational education. However, in the actual operation of this mode of education, due to various reasons, there are some problems and contradictions, often can not achieve the desired results. This paper takes Wuhan Software Engineering Vocational College, Shandong Vocational and Technical College of Commerce and Technology and Shandong Metallurgical technician College as a case study, using questionnaire, interview and other methods to carry out the investigation. In order to understand the "order" mode of personnel training operation status quo, facing problems, through rational thinking, put forward countermeasures. This paper consists of three parts, six chapters. The first part is the basis of the full text, which is composed of the first and second chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose, object and significance of the research, and summarizes the previous related studies. The second chapter describes the theoretical basis of the research. The second part is the description of the current situation and problems of the "order-type" talent training mode, which is reflected in the third and fourth chapters. The third part is to put forward the countermeasures, draw a conclusion, on the basis of the second part of the problem analysis, on how to solve the "order type" talent training model of the existing problems, Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to ensure the long-term operation mechanism of order-type personnel training mode. The innovation of this paper lies in the case study, which provides a set of ideas for the "order-type" talent training mode to break through the obstacles in reality.
