【摘要】:十三五時(shí)期,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài),面對(duì)著當(dāng)前國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)的劇烈變化,為繼續(xù)保持我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),十三五規(guī)劃提出了一系列行之有效的改革措施和戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃,如人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等。這些戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施無(wú)一不需要強(qiáng)有力的人才支撐,但目前來(lái)看,我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的高技能人才隊(duì)伍無(wú)論在規(guī)模上,還是結(jié)構(gòu)上,抑或是素質(zhì)上,都無(wú)法滿足產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)的需求。因此,加快構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代技工教育體系,是培養(yǎng)后備產(chǎn)業(yè)工人和高技能人才的有效途徑,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會(huì)、技能強(qiáng)國(guó)目標(biāo)的有力支撐。發(fā)展教育,關(guān)鍵在于教師。因此,研究如何建設(shè)一支滿足需要、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、素質(zhì)優(yōu)良、專兼結(jié)合的教師隊(duì)伍,對(duì)于加快培養(yǎng)充足數(shù)量的高素質(zhì)職業(yè)人才具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究、訪談?wù){(diào)查及案例研究等方法,通過(guò)對(duì)技工院校鄭州C技師學(xué)院師資隊(duì)伍的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,梳理分析出該學(xué)院師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題及原因,并根據(jù)當(dāng)前產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)的要求和技工教育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),為鄭州C技師學(xué)院師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提出行之有效和具體可行的解決措施和方案,以期為同類技工院校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提供可借鑒之處。全文共分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分,介紹了論文的研究背景、研究意義以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,梳理了研究思路和研究方法,并對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定,確定了論文的研究框架。第二部分,闡述了技工教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的背景、現(xiàn)狀,并分析了當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下對(duì)技工院校師資隊(duì)伍的要求。第三部分,通過(guò)對(duì)技工院校鄭州C技師學(xué)院師資隊(duì)伍的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,總結(jié)鄭州C技師學(xué)院師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題,并進(jìn)行了原因分析。第四部分,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論和鄭州C技師學(xué)院的實(shí)際,提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China's economic development entered a new normal. In the face of the dramatic changes in the current international and domestic situation, in order to continue to maintain our economic competitive advantage, the 13th Five-Year Plan put forward a series of effective reform measures and strategic plans. Such as talent strategy, innovation-driven development strategy and so on. The implementation of these strategies all need strong talent support, but at present, China's existing high-skilled talent team in terms of scale, structure, or quality, Can not meet the needs of industrial development and economic power construction. Therefore, speeding up the construction of the modern technical education system is an effective way to train the reserve industrial workers and highly skilled personnel, and is also the powerful support to realize the goal of building a well-off society and a powerful country with strong skills in an all-round way. The key to developing education lies in teachers. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study how to build a contingent of teachers who meet the needs, have a reasonable structure, have excellent quality and combine with each other in order to speed up the cultivation of sufficient number of high-quality professional talents. This paper adopts the methods of literature research, interview investigation and case study, through investigating and analyzing the actual situation of teachers in Zhengzhou C technician College of Technical College, and combing out the problems and reasons in the construction of teaching staff in this college. According to the requirements of industrial structure optimization and upgrading and the training goal of technical education, this paper puts forward effective and practical solutions and schemes for the construction of teachers in Zhengzhou C technician College. In order to provide reference for the construction of teachers in similar technical colleges. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the research background, research significance and research status at home and abroad, combs the research ideas and research methods, defines the relevant concepts, and determines the research framework. In the second part, the author expounds the background and present situation of the construction of technical education teachers, and analyzes the requirements of teachers in technical colleges and universities under the current situation. The third part, through the investigation and analysis of the actual situation of the teaching staff of Zhengzhou C technician College, summarizes the present situation and the existing problems of the construction of the teaching staff in Zhengzhou C technician College, and analyzes the reasons. The fourth part, combined with the relevant theory and the reality of Zhengzhou C technician College, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
