不同粒徑Janus微球的自驅(qū)動(dòng):實(shí)驗(yàn)及驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制對比

【摘要】:Janus顆粒是兩側(cè)具有不同性質(zhì)的非均質(zhì)顆粒的統(tǒng)稱.利用Pt-SiO2型Janus微球的Pt一側(cè)催化分解H_2O_2溶液,可以使得顆粒自驅(qū)運(yùn)動(dòng).本文首先從實(shí)驗(yàn)角度對比了不同粒徑、相同濃度下的兩類自驅(qū)動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,結(jié)果表明在d~O(1μm)時(shí)為擴(kuò)散泳驅(qū)動(dòng),d~O(10μm)為氣泡驅(qū)動(dòng),二者在運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡、驅(qū)動(dòng)速度上存在很大差異.隨后,分析了主導(dǎo)的力學(xué)因素,并根據(jù)簡化后的受力平衡關(guān)系建立了多場耦合的數(shù)值模型,重點(diǎn)研究了大粒徑下濃度及速度場的分布,據(jù)此解釋了氣泡產(chǎn)生的位置及尺寸,并推斷壁面滑移系數(shù)是數(shù)值模型中的關(guān)鍵匹配參數(shù),及其在不同粒徑下變化的可能機(jī)理.這一研究將為深入理解自驅(qū)動(dòng)的機(jī)理及提高自驅(qū)動(dòng)器件的驅(qū)動(dòng)能力提供理論基礎(chǔ).
[Abstract]:Janus particle is a general term for heterogeneous particles with different properties on both sides. Using Pt side of Pt-SiO _ 2 Janus microspheres to catalyze decomposition of H _ s _ 2 _ 2O _ 2 solution can make the particles self-drive motion. In this paper, two kinds of self-driving phenomena with different particle size and the same concentration are compared from the experimental point of view. The results show that the diffusion dimmer (10 渭 m) is the bubble driven at danao (1 渭 m), and there is a great difference between them in the motion trajectory and the driving speed. Then, the dominant mechanical factors are analyzed, and the numerical model of multi-field coupling is established according to the simplified force balance relationship. The distribution of concentration and velocity field under large particle size is studied, and the position and size of bubble are explained. It is inferred that the wall slip coefficient is the key matching parameter in the numerical model and the possible mechanism of its variation under different particle sizes. This study will provide a theoretical basis for further understanding the mechanism of self-driving and improving the driving capability of self-actuated devices.
