【摘要】:目前,我國(guó)在肯定既有的重視職教的基礎(chǔ)上,明確提出加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代化的職業(yè)教育,而職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展也離不開(kāi)職業(yè)教育理論的指導(dǎo),德國(guó)職業(yè)教育被成為二戰(zhàn)后德國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)起飛的“秘密武器”,它不僅因雙元制而舉世聞名,并且對(duì)職業(yè)能力的概念解讀和相關(guān)研究亦有獨(dú)到之處,德國(guó)職業(yè)能力開(kāi)發(fā)理論對(duì)西方近代職業(yè)教育發(fā)展起了重要的推動(dòng)作用,值得我國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒。本論文的目的是通過(guò)分析德國(guó)職業(yè)能力開(kāi)發(fā)這一主流職業(yè)教育理論,為中國(guó)的職業(yè)教育改革提供一些新的視角。圍繞這一主題,本論文以分析現(xiàn)實(shí)的情況需要為切入點(diǎn),從其產(chǎn)生的思想淵源、基本內(nèi)容、實(shí)現(xiàn)模式等方面來(lái)分析與闡述這一指導(dǎo)思想。 本論文共分為五部分。第一部分緒論從研究緣由、研究的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、及其研究思路和研究方法幾個(gè)方面開(kāi)篇論述;第二部分從三個(gè)方面即濃厚的理性主義哲學(xué)、格式塔心理學(xué)和相應(yīng)的教學(xué)論,分析德國(guó)職業(yè)能力開(kāi)發(fā)的思想淵源;第三部分從其基本內(nèi)涵、理論基礎(chǔ)等方面闡述了這一基本內(nèi)容;第四部分是從職業(yè)能力開(kāi)發(fā)的教學(xué)模式和實(shí)現(xiàn)模式即德國(guó)“雙元制”模式,兩個(gè)方面論述德國(guó)職業(yè)能力開(kāi)發(fā)的途徑。第五部分小結(jié)是對(duì)德國(guó)職業(yè)能力開(kāi)發(fā)做出簡(jiǎn)要的評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:At present, on the basis of affirming the existing emphasis on vocational education, our country has clearly proposed to speed up the development of modern vocational education, and the development of vocational education cannot be separated from the guidance of vocational education theory. Vocational education in Germany has become a "secret weapon" for the economic take-off after World War II. It is not only world-famous for its dual system, but also unique for its interpretation of the concept of vocational competence and related research. The theory of German vocational ability development plays an important role in the development of western modern vocational education, which is worthy of our country's study and reference. The purpose of this thesis is to provide a new perspective for China's vocational education reform by analyzing the mainstream vocational education theory of vocational ability development in Germany. Focusing on this theme, this paper analyzes and expounds this guiding ideology from the aspects of its ideological origin, basic content, realization mode and so on, taking the need of analyzing the actual situation as the starting point. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part of the introduction from the research reasons, the theoretical and practical significance of the study, literature review, as well as the research ideas and research methods, the second part from three aspects, that is, a strong philosophy of rationalism, Gestalt psychology and the corresponding teaching theory analyze the ideological origin of German vocational ability development the third part expounds this basic content from its basic connotation theoretical basis and so on. The fourth part discusses the approaches to the development of vocational competence in Germany from two aspects: the teaching mode and the realization mode of vocational competence development, that is, the "dual system" model in Germany. The fifth part is a brief evaluation of German professional ability development.
