【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)高等職業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,政府和社會(huì)對(duì)之的期望越來(lái)越高,高職院校改革的力度不斷加大,普遍出現(xiàn)了高職院校教師和行政人員職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象。教師的職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象己受到國(guó)家教育行政主管部門和各高職院校的重視,而高職院校行政管理人員的職業(yè)壓力特別是工作倦怠問(wèn)題還未引起足夠重視。如何積極應(yīng)對(duì)高職院校行政者的職業(yè)倦怠問(wèn)題,有效調(diào)動(dòng)高職院校行政人員的工作積極性,是目前高職院校發(fā)展過(guò)程中面臨的重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)和亟待解決的問(wèn)題。 本研究通過(guò)對(duì)北京C職業(yè)學(xué)院行政人員的職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象的調(diào)查研究,剖析目前存在于北京C職業(yè)學(xué)院行政人員當(dāng)中的職業(yè)倦怠問(wèn)題,系統(tǒng)揭示出其職業(yè)倦怠表現(xiàn)背后存在的深層次原因,并在結(jié)合該學(xué)院實(shí)際情況的基礎(chǔ)上,探討出一些同樣可適用于其他高職院校行政人員的職業(yè)倦怠應(yīng)對(duì)措施和方案,例如,建立支持型的組織氛圍、建立人性化的綜合激勵(lì)管理制度,從學(xué)校層面提出應(yīng)對(duì)職業(yè)倦怠的制度措施;并積極引導(dǎo)行政人員對(duì)自身職業(yè)倦怠的認(rèn)知和行為等方面加以調(diào)適,從個(gè)體層面對(duì)職業(yè)倦怠施加良性干預(yù);同時(shí),從優(yōu)化行政人員的工作和生活環(huán)境入手,以改善其應(yīng)對(duì)職業(yè)倦怠的客觀環(huán)境。本研究希望引起教育領(lǐng)域乃至社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注,為最終克服高職院校行政人員的職業(yè)倦怠問(wèn)題提供啟示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country, the expectation of government and society is higher and higher. The reform of higher vocational colleges has been intensified, and the phenomenon of professional burnout of teachers and administrators in higher vocational colleges has appeared. The phenomenon of teachers' job burnout has been paid more attention by the national education administrative departments and the higher vocational colleges, but the professional pressure of the administrators in higher vocational colleges, especially the problem of job burnout, has not been paid enough attention to. How to actively deal with the problem of job burnout of administrators in higher vocational colleges and how to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of administrative staff in higher vocational colleges is an important reality and an urgent problem to be solved in the process of the development of higher vocational colleges. Through the investigation and research on the phenomenon of job burnout among the administrative staff of Beijing C Vocational College, this study analyzes the problem of job burnout existing in the administrative staff of Beijing C Vocational College. The system reveals the deep reasons behind the performance of job burnout, and on the basis of the actual situation of the college, discusses some measures and solutions of job burnout that can also be applied to the administrative staff of other higher vocational colleges, such as, To establish a supportive organizational atmosphere, to establish a humanized comprehensive incentive management system, to put forward institutional measures to deal with job burnout from the school level, and to actively guide the administrative staff to adjust to their own knowledge and behavior of job burnout, etc. At the same time, we should optimize the working and living environment of administrative staff to improve their objective environment of coping with job burnout. The purpose of this study is to arouse widespread concern in the field of education and even in the community, and to provide enlightenment for overcoming the problem of job burnout of administrators in higher vocational colleges.
