中職數(shù)控專業(yè)“一體化”教學(xué)的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:一體化教學(xué)模式指專業(yè)理論和操作技能組合成一體進(jìn)行教學(xué)的模式,是實(shí)踐與理論的有機(jī)結(jié)合。數(shù)控專業(yè)是機(jī)電類中職技術(shù)學(xué)校(中職)一門重要課程,以培養(yǎng)熟練掌握零件數(shù)控編程與加工技能的高素質(zhì)技能型專門人才為目標(biāo),是職業(yè)教育的重要專業(yè),對推動中國制造業(yè)的發(fā)展具有極其關(guān)鍵的作用。文章介紹了一體化教學(xué)模式的概念和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,一體化教學(xué)在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀和一體化教學(xué)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并通過對數(shù)控專業(yè)一體化教學(xué)模式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,明顯提升了教學(xué)質(zhì)量,取得良好的教學(xué)效果。本文分為五部分,第一部分緒論主要介紹了課題研究的背景及意義,國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀總結(jié)和研究方法分析,并對目前研究中存在的問題進(jìn)行獨(dú)到的分析,界定了數(shù)控專業(yè)、教學(xué)模式、“一體化”教學(xué)模式等相關(guān)概念。第二部分主要通過分析中職學(xué)校數(shù)控專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和職業(yè)培養(yǎng)要求,深化對本課題研究目標(biāo)的認(rèn)識。第三部分主要通過對中職學(xué)校數(shù)控專業(yè)教學(xué)目標(biāo)“一體化”的現(xiàn)狀、教學(xué)內(nèi)容“一體化”現(xiàn)狀、教學(xué)時空“一體化”現(xiàn)狀、師資“一體化”現(xiàn)狀、教學(xué)評價“一體化”現(xiàn)狀的分析,證明了數(shù)控專業(yè)“一體化”教學(xué)改革勢在必行。第四部分結(jié)合廣西機(jī)電工業(yè)學(xué)校數(shù)控專業(yè)《數(shù)控車床編程與操作》“一體化”教學(xué)案例實(shí)際情況,通過對工作任務(wù)分析、教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)方法的選擇、精益化管理理念下“一體化”教學(xué)實(shí)施進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的說明,以驗(yàn)證“一體化”教學(xué)模式優(yōu)化的可行性。第五部分通過對數(shù)控技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)的“一體化”教材的開發(fā)、“一體化”教室建設(shè)、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究,在教學(xué)活動中把理論和實(shí)踐教學(xué)、生產(chǎn)服務(wù)、科研開發(fā)等內(nèi)容結(jié)合起來,在實(shí)踐中教理論,在運(yùn)用中學(xué)技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Integrated teaching mode refers to the combination of professional theory and operational skills, which is an organic combination of practice and theory. Numerical control major is an important course in electromechanical secondary vocational technical school (secondary vocational school). It aims at training high quality technical talents who can master NC programming and machining skills of parts, and is an important major in vocational education. To promote the development of China's manufacturing industry has an extremely critical role. This paper introduces the concept and realization method of integrated teaching mode, the present research situation of integrated teaching at home and abroad, the advantages and disadvantages of integrated teaching, and by optimizing the integrated teaching mode of NC specialty, the teaching quality is obviously improved. Good teaching effect has been achieved. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part of the introduction mainly introduces the background and significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad summary and research methods analysis, and the existing problems in the study of the original analysis, define the NC specialty. Teaching model, "integrated" teaching model and other related concepts. The second part mainly through the analysis of the secondary vocational school numerical control professional personnel training goals and vocational training requirements to deepen the understanding of the research objectives. The third part mainly through the secondary vocational school numerical control specialty teaching goal "integration" the present situation, the teaching content "the integration" present situation, the teaching space-time "integration" present situation, the teacher "integration" present situation. The analysis of the present situation of "integration" in teaching evaluation proves that it is imperative to reform the "integration" teaching of NC specialty. The fourth part combines the actual situation of "NC Lathe programming and Operation" teaching case of NC major in Guangxi Electromechanical and Electrical Industry School, through the analysis of work task, the choice of teaching target and teaching method. In order to verify the feasibility of the optimization of "integrated" teaching mode, the implementation of "integration" teaching under the concept of lean management is explained in detail. In the fifth part, through the research on the development of "integrated" teaching material, the construction of "integrated" classroom and the construction of teaching staff in the application of numerical control technology, the theory and practice teaching and production service are provided in the teaching activities. Combining scientific research and development, teaching theory in practice and applying middle school technology.
