湖北省高職院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系研究

【摘要】:教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高是學(xué)校的生命線,是教育工作的重中之重。對(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的評(píng)估是教育主管部門、社會(huì)和學(xué)校對(duì)專業(yè)設(shè)置、課程設(shè)置、教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量等影響教學(xué)質(zhì)量的各種因素進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的有效手段。對(duì)湖北省高職院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系的研究對(duì)于提高湖北省高職院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量、推進(jìn)高職院校內(nèi)涵建設(shè)、促進(jìn)湖北省職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展都有著十分重要的意義。 本文共分為五章。第一章為引言。主要介紹本文的研究背景、研究目的以及研究方法。第二章為文獻(xiàn)綜述。對(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量、教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)兩組概念和國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)理論研究的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述。第三章為現(xiàn)狀和問題。從教育主管部門、社會(huì)和學(xué)校三方面闡述湖北省高職院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系的現(xiàn)狀,并通過問卷調(diào)查的形式分析總結(jié)目前質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)存在的問題。第四章為對(duì)策建議。對(duì)高職院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)理念、評(píng)價(jià)主體、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系、評(píng)價(jià)的方法和評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果等提出建議。第五章為結(jié)論和展望。對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)并對(duì)今后的研究工作提出了展望。 目前,湖北省高職院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系初步建立,形成了以教育主管部門為主、社會(huì)力量參與、校內(nèi)評(píng)價(jià)為輔的外部評(píng)價(jià)和內(nèi)部評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合的評(píng)價(jià)體系。湖北省教育廳根據(jù)高職院校人才培養(yǎng)水平工作評(píng)估方案探索制定適合湖北省實(shí)際的評(píng)價(jià)體系,開展對(duì)高職院校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量的評(píng)估。湖北省高職院校內(nèi)部的教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)估工作經(jīng)過多年的探索、修訂和完善,成效不斷顯露,基本形成了對(duì)學(xué)校專業(yè)建設(shè)、課程設(shè)置、教師教學(xué)和學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量等多層面的教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系。 為進(jìn)一步了解教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)存在的問題,我們對(duì)湖北省6所高職院校的600名師生展開了問卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),在實(shí)踐中高職院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)仍然存在一些問題,主要體現(xiàn)在:對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠深入,評(píng)價(jià)觀念較為落后;質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的主體比較單一;對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)存在分歧;評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果沒有得到及時(shí)的反饋等。 針對(duì)湖北省高職院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題提出相關(guān)建議,主要包括:在理念上,加深對(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)工作的認(rèn)識(shí),,加強(qiáng)對(duì)發(fā)展性評(píng)價(jià)的關(guān)注和重視;在主體上,積極發(fā)揮社會(huì)力量在評(píng)估中的重要作用;在指標(biāo)體系上,制定院級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,完善教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系;在方法上,定量與定性評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合,采用多樣化評(píng)價(jià)方法,運(yùn)用信息化手段開展評(píng)價(jià);在結(jié)果上,建立評(píng)價(jià)的反饋與整改機(jī)制;其他建議關(guān)注對(duì)元評(píng)估的研究,重視評(píng)估專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)等。
[Abstract]:The improvement of teaching quality is the lifeline of school and the most important of educational work. The evaluation of teaching quality is an effective means for educational departments, society and schools to evaluate various factors affecting teaching quality, such as specialty setting, curriculum setting, teachers' teaching quality, students' learning quality, and so on. The research on teaching quality evaluation system of higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province is of great significance for improving teaching quality, promoting connotation construction of vocational colleges and promoting the development of vocational education in Hubei Province. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. This paper mainly introduces the research background, research purposes and research methods. The second chapter is a literature review. This paper summarizes the concepts of teaching quality and teaching quality evaluation and the present situation of theoretical research on teaching quality evaluation at home and abroad. The third chapter is the current situation and problems. This paper expounds the present situation of teaching quality evaluation system in higher vocational colleges in Hubei province from three aspects of education department, society and school, and analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the quality evaluation by means of questionnaire survey. The fourth chapter is the countermeasure suggestion. Some suggestions are put forward for teaching quality evaluation idea, evaluation subject, evaluation index system, evaluation method and evaluation result in higher vocational colleges. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. The full text is summarized and the future research work is prospected. At present, the evaluation system of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province has been established preliminarily, forming an evaluation system combining external evaluation with internal evaluation, with the participation of social forces and the participation of social forces. According to the evaluation scheme of talent training level in higher vocational colleges, Hubei Provincial Education Department explores the establishment of an evaluation system suitable for the actual situation in Hubei Province, and carries out the evaluation of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges. After many years of exploration, revision and improvement, the internal teaching quality evaluation of higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province has shown its effectiveness, which has basically resulted in the establishment of major and curriculum in the school. The teaching quality evaluation system of teachers and students. In order to further understand the problems existing in teaching quality evaluation, we conducted a questionnaire survey on 600 teachers and students in 6 vocational colleges in Hubei Province. The investigation found that there are still some problems in teaching quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges in practice. It is mainly reflected in: the understanding of evaluation is not deep enough, the evaluation concept is relatively backward, the main body of quality evaluation is relatively single, there are differences on the evaluation criteria, and the evaluation results are not received timely feedback and so on. In view of the present situation and existing problems of teaching quality evaluation system in higher vocational colleges in Hubei province, some suggestions are put forward, including: deepening the understanding of teaching quality evaluation in concept, strengthening the attention and attention to developmental evaluation; In the main body, the important role of social forces in the evaluation should be actively brought into play; in the index system, the evaluation index system at the school level should be formulated to perfect the evaluation system of teachers' teaching quality; in the method, the quantitative and qualitative evaluation should be combined. Using diversified evaluation methods, using information tools to carry out the evaluation; in the results, establish evaluation feedback and rectification mechanism; other suggestions focus on the meta-evaluation research, attach importance to the evaluation of professional talent training and so on.
