中等職業(yè)學(xué)校素質(zhì)教育活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目管理研究

【摘要】:在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校,學(xué)生專業(yè)技能素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)己越來(lái)越受到重視,以適應(yīng)社會(huì)的需求,這一點(diǎn),毋庸置疑;然而,很多中職學(xué)校卻忽視了學(xué)生的終身發(fā)展,沒(méi)有重視學(xué)生將來(lái)在職業(yè)上可持續(xù)發(fā)展所具有的素質(zhì),中職學(xué)校應(yīng)順應(yīng)時(shí)代的需要,加強(qiáng)素質(zhì)教育意識(shí),努力為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)新型高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者,特別要加強(qiáng)以能力為本位,以工作為導(dǎo)向的中職學(xué)校素質(zhì)教育。同時(shí)現(xiàn)在中職素質(zhì)教育活動(dòng)中,,目標(biāo)不明確,重復(fù)開(kāi)展、師生積極性不高、活動(dòng)零散、效果不明顯等問(wèn)題日益凸顯。因此,本文提出中職學(xué)校學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育活動(dòng)進(jìn)行“項(xiàng)目管理”,通過(guò)項(xiàng)目管理素質(zhì)教育活動(dòng),使學(xué)校素質(zhì)教育形成一個(gè)系統(tǒng),優(yōu)化配置校內(nèi)外多方面素質(zhì)教育資源,拓展、提升中職學(xué)校學(xué)生素質(zhì),真正為中職學(xué)校開(kāi)展素質(zhì)教育提供一個(gè)具有實(shí)際意義的管理模式。 全文分五大部分。第一部分闡明了本文研究背景及意義,并對(duì)中職學(xué)校學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定。第二部分分析了中職學(xué)校素質(zhì)教育的內(nèi)涵特點(diǎn)及其意義,并從教育學(xué)、管理學(xué)、系統(tǒng)學(xué)三方面對(duì)中職素質(zhì)教育活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目管理的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了分析。第三部分論述了中職學(xué)校素質(zhì)教育活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目管理的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建要素。第四部分是從依靠社會(huì)、家長(zhǎng)及建立項(xiàng)目管理制度三項(xiàng)措施來(lái)保障素質(zhì)教育活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)施。第五部分對(duì)中職素質(zhì)教育活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目管理的具體實(shí)施及成效進(jìn)行分析。 本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法,比較研究法,個(gè)案分析法等方法對(duì)中職學(xué)校通過(guò)項(xiàng)目管理來(lái)提升素質(zhì)進(jìn)行研究。
[Abstract]:In secondary vocational schools, more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of students' professional skills in order to meet the needs of society, which is beyond doubt; however, many secondary vocational schools have neglected the lifelong development of students. No attention has been paid to the quality of the students' professional sustainable development in the future. Secondary vocational schools should conform to the needs of the times, strengthen the consciousness of quality education, and strive to cultivate new types of high-quality workers for the society, especially to strengthen the ability as the standard. Work-oriented quality education in secondary vocational schools. At the same time, in the activities of quality education in secondary vocational schools, such problems as unclear objectives, repeated development, low enthusiasm of teachers and students, scattered activities and indistinct effects are increasingly prominent. Therefore, this paper puts forward that the quality education activities of secondary vocational school students carry out "project management", through the project management quality education activities, make the quality education of schools form a system, optimize the allocation of various quality education resources inside and outside the school, expand the quality education resources in and out of the school. To improve the quality of students in secondary vocational schools and provide a practical management model for the development of quality education in secondary vocational schools. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part clarifies the background and significance of this study, and defines the concept of quality education project management in secondary vocational schools. The second part analyzes the connotation and significance of quality education in secondary vocational schools, and analyzes the theoretical basis of project management of quality education activities in secondary vocational schools from three aspects: pedagogy, management and systematics. The third part discusses the system construction elements of quality education project management in secondary vocational schools. The fourth part is to rely on the society, parents and the establishment of project management system to ensure the implementation of quality education project management. The fifth part analyzes the concrete implementation and effect of quality education project management in secondary vocational schools. This article mainly uses the literature research method, the comparison research method, the case analysis method and so on, carries on the research to the secondary vocational school through the project management to enhance the quality.
