高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:師生關(guān)系是高職院校教育教學(xué)活動中最基本的關(guān)系,也是最重要的關(guān)系,是高職院校其他關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)和保障,,對教學(xué)質(zhì)量、學(xué)生成長、校園建設(shè)乃至社會建設(shè)都具有非常重要的影響。當(dāng)今在教育研究領(lǐng)域,師生關(guān)系的研究備受到專家學(xué)者的重視和關(guān)注,但研究領(lǐng)域主要局限于中小學(xué)師生關(guān)系,對于高等職業(yè)教育師生關(guān)系的研究還為數(shù)甚少。因此,研究高職院校師生關(guān)系是一個非常重要的課題。 和諧是社會主義的本質(zhì)屬性。高等職業(yè)院校作為和諧社會建設(shè)和高等教育的重要組成部分,應(yīng)體現(xiàn)社會主義高校和諧特征。教師和學(xué)生是高職教育教學(xué)活動的兩個主要角色,其關(guān)系應(yīng)該是平等、合作、理解和信任的。然而在現(xiàn)實(shí)中,高職院校的師生關(guān)系出現(xiàn)了一些不和諧的現(xiàn)象。因此,研究高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系具有重要的意義。 本文以山東經(jīng)貿(mào)職業(yè)學(xué)院為例,對高職院校師生關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查、研究,根據(jù)實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)分析了高職院校師生關(guān)系存在的問題及其原因,最后創(chuàng)新性的概括了建構(gòu)和諧師生關(guān)系的基本途徑。全文由導(dǎo)言和正文的三部分組成: 導(dǎo)言:解釋說明本研究的一系列問題,即選題的目的和意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路與研究方法、本文的創(chuàng)新之處以及存在的困難與問題等幾個方面。 第一部分,高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系的基本特征及建構(gòu)意義。首先闡釋了師生關(guān)系、高職院校師生關(guān)系、和諧師生關(guān)系的定義和內(nèi)涵;其次概括了高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系的基本特征,包括民主平等、情感愉悅、尊重理解、互助合作和感恩持久五個方面;最后從四個方面淺談建構(gòu)高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系的重要意義。 第二部分,高職院校師生關(guān)系建構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀。以筆者所在單位山東經(jīng)貿(mào)職業(yè)學(xué)院為典型例子,對師生關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀通過編寫問卷調(diào)查和學(xué)生教師訪談等方式了解掌握,并對調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析,由此得出高職師生關(guān)系存在的問題,如師生情感疏遠(yuǎn)淡漠、交往功利化、交流對話被動和矛盾多元化。然后,根據(jù)所存在的問題,本文從社會、學(xué)校、教師和學(xué)生四個方面探討了師生關(guān)系存在問題的主要因素。 第三部分,提出建設(shè)高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系的基本途徑。一是教育管理制度的改革,即樹立以人為本的教育理念,健全科學(xué)的評價制度,制定師生和諧交往的相關(guān)要求,完善學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的相關(guān)制度;二是營造和諧的校園文化環(huán)境,即營造自由民主平等的文化氛圍,創(chuàng)設(shè)尊重包容的文化環(huán)境,開展豐富多彩的校園文化活動;三是拓寬師生交往的渠道,即開設(shè)第二課堂增強(qiáng)師生交流的頻度和深度,倡導(dǎo)師生訪談式的輔助教學(xué)模式;四是教師自身素養(yǎng)的提高,即提高政治素質(zhì)和職業(yè)道德,提高人格修養(yǎng)、塑造人格魅力,掌握與學(xué)生溝通的技巧;五是建構(gòu)師生互尊互愛的交往機(jī)制;六是廣泛運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代通訊和網(wǎng)絡(luò)工具加強(qiáng)師生交流,如移動電話、QQ、電子郵件、飛信和博客等方式。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic relationship and the most important relationship in the teaching and teaching activities of higher vocational colleges. It is the basis and guarantee of the other relations in higher vocational colleges. It has a very important influence on the quality of teaching, the growth of students, the construction of campus and even the construction of the society. The research field is mainly limited to the relationship between teachers and students in primary and secondary schools, and the research on the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational education is very few. Therefore, it is a very important subject to study the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges.
Harmony is the essential attribute of socialism. As an important part of the construction of harmonious society and the important part of higher education, the higher vocational colleges should reflect the harmonious characteristics of the Socialist Colleges and universities. Teachers and students are the two main roles in the teaching activities of higher vocational education. Their relations should be equal, cooperative, understanding and trusted. However, in reality, Higher Vocational Colleges There are some discordant phenomena in the relationship between teachers and students. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges.
This paper, taking Shandong Vocational College of Economics and Business as an example, investigates the present situation of teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges. According to the actual data, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. Finally, it summarizes the basic ways to construct the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. The whole article consists of the three parts of the introduction and the text:
Introduction: explain a series of problems in this study, that is, the purpose and significance of the topic, the present situation at home and abroad, the ideas and methods of research, the innovation of this paper, the difficulties and problems existing in this study.
The first part, the basic characteristics and construction significance of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. First, it explains the relationship between teachers and students, the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges, the definition and connotation of harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Secondly, it summarizes the basic characteristics of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges, including democratic equality, emotional pleasure, respect for understanding, mutual assistance and cooperation and lasting gratitude. Five aspects; finally, from four aspects, the importance of constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges is discussed.
The second part, the present situation of the construction of teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges. Taking the author's Shandong Vocational College of Economics and Business as a typical example, the present situation of the relationship between teachers and students is understood by writing questionnaires and interviews with students, and the results of the investigation are counted and analyzed, thus the problems of the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges are obtained, such as teachers. The main factors that exist in the relationship between teachers and students are discussed from four aspects of society, schools, teachers and students, according to the existing problems.
The third part is to put forward the basic ways to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. One is the reform of the educational management system, that is, to set up a people-oriented educational concept, to improve the scientific evaluation system, to formulate the relevant requirements for the harmonious communication between teachers and students, to perfect the relevant system for the construction of school teachers, and to build a harmonious campus cultural environment, and two That is to create a cultural atmosphere of freedom, democracy and equality, create a cultural environment that respects the tolerance and carry out colorful campus cultural activities. Three is to broaden the communication channels between teachers and students, that is to open the second classroom to enhance the frequency and depth of the communication between teachers and students, and to promote the interview style of teachers and students, and the four is to improve their own quality, that is, to improve their own quality. Political quality and professional ethics, improve personality cultivation, mold personality charm, master the skills of communication with students; five is to construct the communication mechanism of mutual respect and mutual love between teachers and students; the six is to use modern communication and network tools to strengthen the communication between teachers and students, such as mobile phone, QQ, e-mail, flying letter and blog.
