【摘要】：二十一世紀(jì)是我國(guó)實(shí)施科教興國(guó)戰(zhàn)略和人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略，實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。職業(yè)教育在此擔(dān)負(fù)著培養(yǎng)數(shù)以億計(jì)高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者和專門人才的重要?dú)v史使命。近年來，我國(guó)職業(yè)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展突飛猛進(jìn)，職業(yè)教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)也取得了重大成就，基本形成了相對(duì)穩(wěn)定、專兼結(jié)合的教師隊(duì)伍，總體素質(zhì)有了較大提高。但職業(yè)教育教師培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)模式、規(guī)模和質(zhì)量還不能適應(yīng)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的需要。大力加強(qiáng)職業(yè)教育教師培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)，是改變我國(guó)職業(yè)教育教師現(xiàn)狀，推動(dòng)職業(yè)教育持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然選擇。 本文以經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)和教育學(xué)相關(guān)理論為指導(dǎo)，廣泛搜集和分析了前人的研究成果，吸收其中一些理論和方法。從國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)這一課題的研究動(dòng)態(tài)入手，全面回顧和分析了我國(guó)職業(yè)教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)方面的歷史，分析了面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，總結(jié)了過去的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)；提出了適合我國(guó)職業(yè)教育教師培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)理論、詳細(xì)分析了我國(guó)職業(yè)教育教師培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀，指出了我國(guó)在職業(yè)教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中存在的八方面問題；重點(diǎn)介紹了德國(guó)、澳大利亞、英國(guó)等職業(yè)教育發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的職業(yè)教育教師培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)模式的特點(diǎn)、運(yùn)作方式以及對(duì)我們的啟示；分析比較了我國(guó)有代表性的五種培養(yǎng)模式和五種培訓(xùn)模式，并針對(duì)我國(guó)存在的問題，提出了適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的職業(yè)教育教師培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)發(fā)展方向，，提出了不同培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)模式所適合的培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)基地和培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)對(duì)象；最后提出了加強(qiáng)職業(yè)教育教師培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)的7方面政策建議。包括人員補(bǔ)充機(jī)制、增強(qiáng)吸引力措施、健全培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)體系、創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)模式、加大經(jīng)費(fèi)投入、調(diào)動(dòng)企業(yè)參與積極性和加強(qiáng)科學(xué)研究等。
[Abstract]:Twenty-first Century is the key period for China to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country by science and education and the strategy of talent power and to achieve the goal of socialist modernization. Vocational education is responsible for the important historical mission of cultivating hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and specialized talents. In recent years, the development of Vocational education in China has developed rapidly and vocational education teachers are developing rapidly. The construction of the team has also made great achievements, which has basically formed a relatively stable, specialized and combined teacher team, and the overall quality has been greatly improved. However, the training mode of vocational education teachers can not meet the needs of the development of vocational education. The present situation is the inevitable choice to promote the sustainable development of vocational education.
Guided by the theories of economics, management and education, this paper collects and analyses the achievements of previous studies and absorbs some of the theories and methods. Starting with the research trends of this subject at home and abroad, the history of the construction of vocational education teachers in China is reviewed and analyzed, and the opportunities and challenges are analyzed. This paper summarizes the past experience and lessons, puts forward the relevant theories suitable for the training of vocational education teachers in China, analyzes in detail the current situation of training and training of vocational education teachers in China, and points out eight problems in the construction of vocational education teachers in our country, and emphasizes the vocational education in Germany, Australia and the UK. The training mode of vocational education teachers in the developed countries, the mode of operation and the enlightenment to us; analysis and comparison of the five training modes and five training modes of our country's representative, and put forward the direction of training and training for the training of vocational education teachers, which are suitable for our country, and put forward different kinds of training. The training training mode is suitable for training training base and training object. Finally, it puts forward 7 policies and suggestions to strengthen the training of vocational education teachers, including personnel supplementary mechanism, enhancing the attraction measures, improving training system, innovating training mode, increasing the cost input, mobilizing enterprises to participate in enthusiasm and strengthening science.
