【摘要】：近年來我國各類院校(機(jī)構(gòu))積極承擔(dān)面向從業(yè)人員的職業(yè)培訓(xùn),年培訓(xùn)規(guī)模穩(wěn)定在6000萬人次左右,其中中高等院校培訓(xùn)規(guī)模占比不高,發(fā)展空間較大。職業(yè)院校作為承擔(dān)社會(huì)培訓(xùn)的重要主體,在開展培訓(xùn)工作過程中仍面臨一些體制機(jī)制障礙,需要國家在政策層面給予扶持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, all kinds of colleges (institutions) in our country have been actively undertaking vocational training for employees, and the annual training scale is stable at about 60 million person-times, among which, the proportion of training scale in middle and tertiary institutions is not high, and the space for development is large. As the main body of social training, vocational colleges and universities still face some institutional and mechanism obstacles in the process of carrying out training work, which need the support of the state at the policy level.
