【摘要】:職業(yè)教育是我國教育事業(yè)的重要組成部分,隨著我國新型工業(yè)化道路的推進,我國對高素質(zhì)、技能型勞動者和技術(shù)工人的需求不斷增加,職業(yè)教育的作用和重要性凸顯出來。大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育,加快技能型、實用型人才的培養(yǎng),同時還有利于提升勞動者素質(zhì),提高勞動者的就業(yè)能力,促進就業(yè)率的提升,促進社會的和諧穩(wěn)定。 本文以陜西省W職業(yè)學校招聘為研究對象,首先運用文獻分析法,介紹了人力資源及招聘的相關(guān)理論,作為本文的理論依據(jù),其次應(yīng)用訪談法、觀察法和問卷調(diào)查法,描述了陜西省W職業(yè)學校及招聘的現(xiàn)狀,找出學校招聘存在著招聘沒有計劃,崗位描述不清、甄選方法簡單、錄用標準模糊、人員離職率高,招聘效率低下等問題,通過相關(guān)理論的研究,分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因在于人力資源定位不準和缺乏科學規(guī)范的招聘體系,為優(yōu)化招聘體系提供了設(shè)計基礎(chǔ),再次,綜合運用人力資源知識,對學校招聘體系進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,從人員需求預測、工作分析、招聘計劃編制、招聘渠道的選擇、招聘團隊的組建、招聘信息的發(fā)布,人員甄選、錄用決策、招聘評估等方面進行重新設(shè)計,并比較新舊體系的不同之處,最后,對新的招聘體系實施的保障措施進行了研究。 通過本文的研究,解決了陜西省W職業(yè)學校的招聘問題,提升了學校的競爭力,促進了學校良性、快速發(fā)展,同時對同類單位和存在相似問題的機構(gòu)具有借鑒和指導作用。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an important part of education in China. With the development of new industrialization in our country, the demand for high-quality, skilled workers and skilled workers is increasing, and the role and importance of vocational education are highlighted. We should develop vocational education, speed up the cultivation of skilled and practical talents, at the same time help to improve the quality of workers, improve the employability of workers, promote the promotion of employment rate, promote social harmony and stability. In this paper, W vocational school recruitment in Shaanxi Province as the research object, the first use of literature analysis, introduced the human resources and recruitment theory, as the theoretical basis of this article, and then the use of interviews, observation and questionnaire survey method. This paper describes the current situation of W vocational school and recruitment in Shaanxi Province, finds out that there are some problems in school recruitment, such as no recruitment plan, unclear job description, simple selection method, vague employment standard, high turnover rate, low recruitment efficiency, etc. Through the research of relevant theories, the causes of the problems are that the position of human resources is not correct and the recruitment system is not scientific and standardized, which provides the design basis for the optimization of recruitment system. Thirdly, the comprehensive use of human resources knowledge, Optimize the design of school recruitment system, from personnel demand prediction, job analysis, recruitment planning, selection of recruitment channels, recruitment team formation, recruitment information release, personnel selection, recruitment decision, This paper redesigns the recruitment evaluation and compares the differences between the new and the old systems. Finally, the paper studies the safeguard measures of the new recruitment system. Through the research of this paper, it solves the recruitment problem of W vocational school in Shaanxi Province, promotes the competitiveness of the school, promotes the benign and rapid development of the school, at the same time, it can be used for reference and guidance for the similar units and institutions with similar problems.
