【摘要】：教學(xué)設(shè)備是高等職業(yè)院校教學(xué)、科研的重要組成條件之一。但是,目前我國高職院校教學(xué)設(shè)備管理普遍存在著設(shè)備管理機制不完善,不能有效地利用的問題。因而,如何針對高職院校的實際情況,建立科學(xué)、高效的設(shè)備管理制度,提高高等職業(yè)院校教學(xué)設(shè)備的管理水平,提高教學(xué)儀器設(shè)備的使用率,是一個亟待解決的問題,在理論上和實踐上都具有非常重要的意義。 本文的主要內(nèi)容是:首先本文在對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻進行回顧分析的基礎(chǔ)上,指出了本文研究的切入點。第二首先界定了高職院校教學(xué)設(shè)備管理的相關(guān)概念,其次對加強高職院校教學(xué)設(shè)備管理的可行性和必要性做了相關(guān)分析,再次在對國外高職院校教學(xué)設(shè)備管理概況研究的基礎(chǔ)上,指出了其對我國高職院校教學(xué)設(shè)備管理的啟示;第三,在對目前高職院校教學(xué)設(shè)備管理現(xiàn)狀以及企業(yè)對高職院校設(shè)備要求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,指出了目前我國高職院校教學(xué)設(shè)備管理存在的主要問題:管理觀念落后、管理體制不健全、教學(xué)設(shè)備利用效率不高、教學(xué)設(shè)備經(jīng)費預(yù)算支出、購置、使用、報廢等環(huán)節(jié)存在問題。第四,針對高職院校教學(xué)設(shè)備管理所存在的問題,提出了要做好教學(xué)設(shè)備采購的有效規(guī)劃,加強設(shè)備的使用管理,加強院校間設(shè)備共享,完善企業(yè)與高職院校設(shè)備有效運用,以及做好教學(xué)設(shè)備使用的評價等具體對策。最后,對本文研究進行總結(jié)和展望。 此外本文的主要創(chuàng)新點有:一是結(jié)合高職院校實訓(xùn)教學(xué)的特點以及目前教學(xué)設(shè)備管理存在的問題,本文從教學(xué)設(shè)備采購、使用、院校設(shè)備共享、校企合作以及設(shè)備使用評價等方面提出了一個比較完善的高職院校教學(xué)設(shè)備管理方案;二是從加強高職院校設(shè)備管理,有效運用企業(yè)和高職院校之間設(shè)備資源角度,指出了校企合作新的結(jié)合點;三是在加強教學(xué)設(shè)備管理措施中,提出了一個包括設(shè)備使用自身評價、企業(yè)評價、學(xué)生評價以及用人單位評價完整的設(shè)備使用評價體系。
[Abstract]:Teaching equipment is one of the important components of teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges. However, at present, the management of teaching equipment in higher vocational colleges in our country is not perfect and can not be used effectively. Therefore, how to establish a scientific and efficient equipment management system, how to improve the management level of teaching equipment in higher vocational colleges and how to improve the utilization rate of teaching equipment is an urgent problem to be solved. It is of great significance both in theory and in practice. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, this paper points out the breakthrough point of this study on the basis of reviewing and analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad. Secondly, it defines the related concepts of teaching equipment management in higher vocational colleges, and then analyzes the feasibility and necessity of strengthening teaching equipment management in higher vocational colleges. Thirdly, on the basis of the research on the general situation of teaching equipment management in foreign higher vocational colleges, the author points out its enlightenment to the management of teaching equipment in higher vocational colleges in China. Based on the analysis of the current situation of teaching equipment management in higher vocational colleges and the requirements of enterprises for higher vocational education equipment, this paper points out the main problems existing in the management of teaching equipment in higher vocational colleges: backward management concept and imperfect management system. The utilization efficiency of teaching equipment is not high, and there are some problems in budget expenditure, purchase, use and scrapping of teaching equipment. Fourthly, in view of the problems existing in the management of teaching equipment in higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward that the effective planning of the procurement of teaching equipment should be done well, the use management of equipment should be strengthened, the sharing of equipment among colleges should be strengthened, and the effective use of equipment between enterprises and higher vocational colleges should be improved. And do a good job in the evaluation of the use of teaching equipment and other specific countermeasures. Finally, the paper summarizes and prospects the research. In addition, the main innovations of this paper are as follows: first, combining the characteristics of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges and the problems existing in the management of teaching equipment at present, this paper deals with the purchase, use and sharing of equipment in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward a more perfect management scheme of teaching equipment in higher vocational colleges in terms of cooperation between schools and enterprises and evaluation of equipment use. Second, from the point of view of strengthening equipment management in higher vocational colleges and making effective use of equipment resources between enterprises and higher vocational colleges, This paper points out the new joint point of the cooperation between school and enterprise, and third, in strengthening the management measures of teaching equipment, puts forward a complete evaluation system of equipment use, including the evaluation of equipment itself, the evaluation of enterprise, the evaluation of students and the evaluation of unit of choose and employ persons.
