【摘要】：教師開(kāi)展企業(yè)實(shí)踐是現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)教融合背景下的常態(tài)之一。文章以常州輕工職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院酒店管理專業(yè)為例,從教師個(gè)體、專業(yè)教學(xué)、學(xué)生管理、校企合作四個(gè)層面系統(tǒng)分析教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐中企業(yè)文化融入的作用和影響,期望引起職業(yè)院校對(duì)教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐中企業(yè)文化融入的高度重視,以企業(yè)文化融入為切入點(diǎn),推動(dòng)專業(yè)建設(shè)向縱深方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:It is one of the normality for teachers to carry out enterprise practice under the background of the integration of industry and education in modern vocational education. Taking the hotel management major of Changzhou Light Industry Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper systematically analyzes the role and influence of the integration of corporate culture in teacher enterprise practice from four levels: teacher individual, professional teaching, student management and school-enterprise cooperation. It is expected that vocational colleges and universities attach great importance to the integration of corporate culture in the practice of teacher enterprises, take corporate culture integration as the starting point, and promote the development of professional construction in the deep direction.
