【摘要】："雙師型"教師標準的建構(gòu)已經(jīng)成為促進職業(yè)教育教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的核心變量和重要前提。在分析"雙師型"教師標準建設(shè)的邏輯起點的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合"雙師型"教師核心素養(yǎng)要求和專業(yè)發(fā)展特點,探索構(gòu)建了三維三級七要素三十一個指標內(nèi)容的"雙師型"教師標準體系,并從制訂資格認證制度、構(gòu)建雙向?qū)嵺`機制和完善專項激勵政策等三個方面對"雙師型"教師標準的建構(gòu)提出了對策和建議。
[Abstract]:The construction of "double-qualified" teacher standard has become the core variable and important premise to promote the professional development of vocational education teachers. On the basis of analyzing the logical starting point of the construction of "double qualified" teachers' standard, combined with the core literacy requirements and professional development characteristics of "double qualified" teachers, This paper explores and constructs a standard system of "double qualified" teachers with 31 index contents of three dimensional three levels of seven elements, and formulates the system of qualification certification. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of the standard of "double qualified" teachers from the three aspects of constructing the two-way practical mechanism and perfecting the special incentive policy.
