【摘要】：中等職業(yè)學(xué)校是為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)大批高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者和技能型人才的主陣地,是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的助推力量,為使學(xué)生更好地適應(yīng)崗位,需要對(duì)他們及時(shí)進(jìn)行思想、道德、政治、法律和心理等各方面的教育,使學(xué)生堅(jiān)定理想和信念,有奉獻(xiàn)社會(huì)的使命感和責(zé)任感,具有良好的道德品質(zhì)和健康的心理素質(zhì)以及良好的職業(yè)習(xí)慣。而學(xué)校德育工作除正面教育、積極灌輸外,還必須高度重視校園文化的建設(shè),充分發(fā)揮校園文化的積極引導(dǎo)作用。以沈陽(yáng)市信息工程學(xué)校為個(gè)案,對(duì)學(xué)校文化浸潤(rùn)下的德育體系和學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行體系化的研究。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational school is the main position of training a large number of high-quality workers and skilled talents for the society. It is the boost force of economic development. In order to make students better adapt to their posts, they need to educate them in a timely manner of ideological, moral, political, legal, psychological and other aspects, so that students can firmly believe in their ideals and beliefs and have a sense of mission to contribute to the society. And the sense of responsibility, with good moral quality and healthy psychological quality as well as good professional habits, and school moral education, in addition to positive education and positive instillation, must attach great importance to the construction of campus culture and give full play to the positive guiding role of campus culture. The Shenyang information engineering school is the case and the school culture is infiltrated. A systematic study of the moral education system and student growth.
