【摘要】：二十一世紀，整個人類文明進入了大眾傳媒時代，人們接受知識的途徑十分廣泛。各種社會思潮層出不窮。在如此時代背景下，引導(dǎo)高職學(xué)生樹立正確的社會主義價值觀就顯得更為重要，其任務(wù)也更為艱巨。高職院校的思想政治理論課，承擔著對大學(xué)生進行馬克思主義理論教育的任務(wù)，是對大學(xué)生進行思想政治教育的主陣地。但從近些年的教學(xué)效果看，實效性并不明顯。鑒于此現(xiàn)狀，，本文采用多學(xué)科交叉視角，力圖探討高職院校思想政治理論課的實效性問題，力求形成系統(tǒng)的方法論，以此希望針對此問題形成一定的操作方法。 本文從高職院校思想政治理論課的內(nèi)容入手，介紹了國內(nèi)高職院校思想政治理論課課程體系的演化，歸納出高職院校思想政治理論課的特點以及發(fā)展趨勢，論述了高職院校提高思想政治理論課實效性的重要意義。然后從理論教學(xué)、實踐教學(xué)和考核體系三部分，介紹了當前高職院校思想政治課教學(xué)實效性不高的現(xiàn)狀，深入分析了影響高職院校思想政治理論課實效性的主要因素，如教育觀念相對落后、教育機制比較僵化、師資力量相對薄弱、學(xué)習(xí)氛圍比較平淡、社會環(huán)境比較復(fù)雜、思政科研經(jīng)費相對不足。在論文的最后部分，從課堂教學(xué)、實踐教學(xué)、課程考核、保障條件四個方面對提高高職院校思想政治教育實效性的途徑進行了探索。在課堂教學(xué)方面應(yīng)實現(xiàn)理論知識體系與當下熱點問題相結(jié)合、社會價值建構(gòu)與個人現(xiàn)實訴求相結(jié)合、主流意識形態(tài)與其他文化成果精華相結(jié)合；實踐教學(xué)方面應(yīng)實現(xiàn)弘揚宏觀意識形態(tài)與落實微觀社區(qū)服務(wù)相結(jié)合、思想政治實踐與專業(yè)技術(shù)實訓(xùn)相結(jié)合、社會集體活動與個人全面發(fā)展相結(jié)合；考核體系方面應(yīng)實現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)單一死板的考核方式與靈活多樣的其它考評方式相結(jié)合、注重學(xué)科成績與關(guān)注學(xué)生成長相結(jié)合、學(xué)�？己伺c社會考核相結(jié)合；保障條件方面應(yīng)拓展高職院校思想政治理論課師資隊伍建設(shè)的途徑、加快實踐教學(xué)基地的開發(fā)、增加思想政治理論課專項經(jīng)費的投入力度。 作者在科學(xué)調(diào)研和參考大量文獻的基礎(chǔ)上，力圖探索出一條增強高職院校思想政治理論課實效性的新途徑，目標是建立一種以實效性為核心，以學(xué)生為主體，關(guān)注個體全面發(fā)展，以家庭、學(xué)校、企業(yè)為總線的三位一體式新型教育方法。
[Abstract]:In the twenty - first century , the whole human civilization has entered the age of mass media , the way people accept the knowledge is very broad . In this background , it is more important to guide the higher vocational students to set up the correct socialist values .

Based on the contents of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges , this paper introduces the evolution of the course system of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges , summarizes the characteristics and development trend of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges , and analyzes the main factors that affect the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges .
The practice teaching should carry forward the combination of macro ideology and implementation of micro community service , combining ideological and political practice with professional technical training , combining social collective activities with individual comprehensive development ;
The examination system should realize the combination of the traditional single dead - board examination method and the flexible and diverse appraisal methods , pay attention to the combination of the academic achievement and the student ' s growth , and combine the school examination with the social assessment ;
In order to guarantee the condition , we should expand the way to construct the ideological and political theory course of higher vocational colleges , accelerate the development of practice teaching base , and increase the input of special fund of ideological and political theory course .

On the basis of scientific research and extensive literature , the author tries to explore a new way to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges . The goal is to establish a new type of education method which takes students as the main body , focuses on the overall development of the individual , and takes the family , school and enterprise as bus .
