影響高職教師專業(yè)發(fā)展活動(dòng)的內(nèi)外部動(dòng)因研究

【摘要】:高職院校教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展水平?jīng)Q定著學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,了解影響教師專業(yè)發(fā)展活動(dòng)的內(nèi)外部動(dòng)因能為教育管理決策者提供有益的信息。本研究綜合運(yùn)用量化和質(zhì)性的研究方法,從高職教師專業(yè)發(fā)展所涵蓋的日常教學(xué)、科學(xué)研究、教學(xué)研究和職業(yè)發(fā)展活動(dòng)四個(gè)維度探究支持或阻礙教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部動(dòng)因及其相關(guān)關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,總體上,內(nèi)在動(dòng)機(jī)、自我效能感和價(jià)值判斷等內(nèi)部動(dòng)因?qū)處熢诟黝悓I(yè)發(fā)展活動(dòng)上的投入、參與度和成果產(chǎn)出的影響要強(qiáng)于外在動(dòng)機(jī)、院系支持等外部動(dòng)因,高職教師對(duì)教學(xué)活動(dòng)的投入最大,對(duì)教科研和職業(yè)發(fā)展活動(dòng)的投入有限,高職教師對(duì)研究活動(dòng)的自我效能感較低,研究成果產(chǎn)出少。文章對(duì)院校的教師發(fā)展管理政策提出了相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:The professional development level of teachers in higher vocational colleges determines the quality of education and teaching in schools. Understanding the internal and external factors that affect teachers' professional development activities can provide useful information for educational management decision makers. This research uses the quantitative and qualitative research methods synthetically, from the professional development of higher vocational teachers to cover the daily teaching, scientific research, The four dimensions of teaching research and career development activities explore the internal and external factors that support or hinder teachers' professional development and their correlation. The results show that, on the whole, internal motivation, self-efficacy and value judgment have more influence on teachers' input, participation and outcome than extrinsic motivation, and support from faculties and departments. The teachers in higher vocational colleges invest the most in teaching activities, but in scientific research and professional development activities. The teachers in higher vocational colleges have a low sense of self-efficacy in research activities and less research results. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the policy of teacher development and management in colleges and universities.
