【摘要】：當代中國正在邁向"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"的嶄新時代,這對高等職業(yè)院校的人才培養(yǎng)提出了新的、更高要求。高職院校在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)過程中應融入工匠精神的培育,要回歸和弘揚工匠精神,要在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)課堂教學中培育學生的工匠精神,在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐活動中鍛造學生的工匠精神,在創(chuàng)新學校環(huán)境文化建設中養(yǎng)成學生的工匠精神。
[Abstract]:Contemporary China is stepping into a new era of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation", which puts forward new and higher requirements for the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges and universities. Higher vocational colleges should incorporate the cultivation of craftsman's spirit into the process of cultivating innovative enterprising talents, return to and carry forward the spirit of craftsman, and cultivate the craftsmanship of students in innovative and entrepreneurial classroom teaching. Forging the craftsman spirit of the students in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship, and cultivating the craftsman spirit of the students in the construction of the innovative school environment culture.
