【摘要】：中高職銜接是構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系、搭建人才培養(yǎng)立交橋的基礎(chǔ)前提。盡管各級(jí)政府高度重視,大力推進(jìn),但調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),中高職銜接至今還存在著社會(huì)重視不夠、辦學(xué)條件差、生源不足、學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)差、生存壓力過(guò)大、銜接意識(shí)差、辦學(xué)理念難提升、招生制度改革難突破、利益均衡問(wèn)題難協(xié)調(diào)、辦學(xué)基礎(chǔ)條件難統(tǒng)一等諸多現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。推進(jìn)中高職銜接工作,一要解決認(rèn)識(shí)觀念、體制機(jī)制、政府政策支持的問(wèn)題;二要著力解決統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)、基礎(chǔ)缺失和支持保障的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The connection of middle and higher vocational education is the basic premise of constructing the modern vocational education system and building the overpass of talent training. Although governments at all levels attach great importance to it and vigorously promote it, the investigation finds that there are still insufficient social concerns, poor conditions for running schools, insufficient student resources, poor student base, excessive pressure for survival and poor awareness of cohesion in the connection between secondary and higher vocational schools. The idea of running a school is difficult to promote, the reform of enrollment system is difficult to break through, the balance of interests is difficult to coordinate, the basic conditions of running a school are difficult to unify, and so on. To push forward the work of linking middle and higher vocational schools, we should first solve the problems of cognition, system and mechanism, and government policy support; second, we should focus on solving the problems of overall promotion, lack of foundation and support guarantee.
