【摘要】：目前，我國高校普遍面臨一個重要的問題，即如何培養(yǎng)適合市場需要的高層次實(shí)用型人才。針對此問題，，教育界進(jìn)行了深入地探索，將理論教學(xué)結(jié)合社會現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)踐，并從中不斷地積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以培養(yǎng)出高技能高素質(zhì)的實(shí)用型人才，這種成功的教學(xué)模式就是本文所研究的校企合作人才培養(yǎng)模式。此教學(xué)模式在我國的高職高專階段得到了積極的運(yùn)用，并取得了一定的成績，但是在其開展的實(shí)踐過程中仍然存在一系列的問題。本文通過以具有區(qū)域性特點(diǎn)的生鮮超市為例探索如何構(gòu)建高職院校校企合作的辦學(xué)模式，對于我國校企合作建設(shè)的發(fā)展具有一定的理論支撐意義，以及很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)分析法以及案例分析法，以了解國內(nèi)外高校校企合作的現(xiàn)狀。在對校企合作的發(fā)展有了比較清晰的了解之后，對比其各種模式，分析現(xiàn)行教育體制下高職院校校企合作的主要模式、規(guī)模以及存在的問題，并找出我國實(shí)踐校企合作戰(zhàn)略存在困難的根源。以生鮮超市行業(yè)的校企合作為例，了解我國高職院校校企合作的行業(yè)化現(xiàn)狀。在此基礎(chǔ)上，著重分析了我國生鮮超市行業(yè)的特殊性與開展校企合作辦學(xué)體制的重要性，并結(jié)合我國高職院校校企合作辦學(xué)體制的整體現(xiàn)狀，探索基于生鮮超市的校企合作模式的構(gòu)建途徑。促進(jìn)生鮮超市行業(yè)校企合作的策略，此部分是本文研究的重點(diǎn)，基于各方面的研究與討論，提出具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的對策，對我國校企合作辦學(xué)體制的發(fā)展具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:At present, colleges and universities in China are generally faced with an important problem, that is, how to cultivate high level practical talents suitable for the market. In view of this problem, the educational circles have carried out deep exploration, combined theory teaching with social reality practice, and accumulated experience from it, so as to foster high skilled and high-quality practical talents, this success The teaching mode is the training mode of the school enterprise cooperative talents studied in this article. This teaching mode has been used actively in the higher vocational and technical stage of our country, and has made certain achievements. But there still exist a series of problems in the practice process of its development. How to build a school enterprise cooperation mode in higher vocational colleges has certain theoretical support significance and strong practical significance for the development of school enterprise cooperation in China.
This paper mainly uses the method of literature analysis and case analysis to understand the status of college enterprise cooperation at home and abroad. After a clear understanding of the development of school enterprise cooperation, the main models, scale and existing problems of the school enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges under the current educational system are analyzed, and the reality of our country is found out. On the basis of the school enterprise cooperation of the fresh supermarket industry as an example, this paper analyzes the particularity of the fresh supermarket industry in our country and the importance of developing the school enterprise cooperation system, and combines the school enterprise cooperation with the higher vocational colleges in our country. The overall situation of the system is to explore the way to build the school enterprise cooperation model based on the fresh supermarket. The strategy of promoting the cooperation between school and enterprise in the fresh supermarket industry is the key point of this article. Based on the research and discussion in various aspects, it puts forward the practical countermeasures, which is of great significance to the development of the school enterprise cooperation system in our country.
