中職幼教專業(yè)學(xué)生德性培育研究

【摘要】:我們常說少年是早上八九點鐘的太陽,,而幼兒則是明天的太陽。幼兒教育是最基礎(chǔ)的教育。幼兒教師是令人尊敬的,從事幼教職業(yè)是光榮的。因為作為合格的幼兒教師,她的責(zé)任是艱巨而不可忽視的:第一,幼兒園不同于其它各級各類學(xué)校的一點是,學(xué)校只負責(zé)學(xué)生的教育問題,而幼兒園則除了教育之外還要照顧幼兒的生活,即保育。那么作為幼兒教師就要身兼保育和教育雙重責(zé)任;第二,幼兒時期的特點如模仿能力強、心靈純潔、性格塑造易受影響等,決定了幼兒教師對幼兒早期各種能力培養(yǎng)的重要性。因此,全面的、優(yōu)良的專業(yè)素質(zhì),是幼兒教師所必備的。 中國現(xiàn)在處于急劇轉(zhuǎn)型時期,轉(zhuǎn)型時期存在的——道德秩序的混亂和缺失,帶給整個社會生活很大的影響,同時也帶給人民大眾生活很大的影響。 我國有些幼兒園出現(xiàn)的教師缺乏愛心和道德素質(zhì)低下所造成的惡劣社會影響以及對幼兒的身心創(chuàng)傷,要求對幼兒教師德性培育刻不容緩。 本論文立足于中職幼教專業(yè)學(xué)生的德性培育方面的研究,探索學(xué)生德性缺失的原因及其解決的方法,提高學(xué)生的道德水平素養(yǎng),使其成為一名品德高尚的幼兒教師。這不僅對幼教專業(yè)學(xué)生良好個性品質(zhì)的形成、未來幼兒教師職業(yè)道德水平的提高有著積極的作用,而且對新時期幼兒師范學(xué)校師德建設(shè)能夠提供參考借鑒。 幼教是最基礎(chǔ)的教育,如果期盼將來有高素質(zhì)的人才,那么首先就要建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的幼教隊伍。所以我們要把中等職業(yè)學(xué)校幼教專業(yè)學(xué)生的德性培育作為一個重要問題提出來。
[Abstract]:We often say that teenagers are the sun at eight or nine o'clock in the morning, and young children are the sun tomorrow. Early childhood education is the most basic education. Early childhood teachers are respectable, and it is glorious to pursue the profession of early childhood education. Because as a qualified kindergarten teacher, her responsibility is arduous and cannot be ignored. First, kindergarten is different from other schools at all levels, one thing is that the school is only responsible for the education of its students. In addition to education, kindergarten also takes care of children's lives, that is, care. Second, the characteristics of early childhood, such as strong imitation ability, pure mind, personality shaping easy to be affected, determines the importance of early childhood teachers to develop various abilities. Therefore, comprehensive, excellent professional quality, is a must for preschool teachers. China is now in a period of rapid transformation. The chaos and lack of moral order in the period of transition has brought great influence to the whole social life, but also to the mass life of the people. The bad social influence caused by the lack of love and the low moral quality of teachers in some kindergartens in our country, as well as the physical and mental trauma to young children, require that it is urgent to cultivate the moral character of preschool teachers. This thesis is based on the research on the cultivation of moral character of the students majoring in preschool education in secondary vocational schools, and explores the causes of students' lack of virtue and the ways to solve it, so as to improve the students' moral quality and make them become a virtuous preschool teacher. This will not only play a positive role in the formation of good personality quality of students majoring in preschool education and the improvement of professional ethics of preschool teachers in the future, but also provide a reference for the construction of teachers' ethics in the new period. Preschool education is the most basic education, if we expect to have high-quality talents in the future, we must first build a high-quality preschool education team. Therefore, we should put forward the cultivation of morality of students majoring in preschool education in secondary vocational schools as an important issue.
