【摘要】：國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020)指出要大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育。發(fā)展職業(yè)教育是推動經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、促進就業(yè)、改善民生、解決“三農(nóng)”問題的重要途徑,是緩解勞動力供求結(jié)構(gòu)矛盾的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),必須擺在突出的位置。國家對職業(yè)教育的要求是,面向人人、面向社會,著力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的職業(yè)道德、職業(yè)技能和就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。而“以服務(wù)為宗旨,以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向”是當(dāng)前中職教育教學(xué)改革的具體要求。對中職生進行職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育,就是要讓學(xué)生根據(jù)社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要,結(jié)合自身的實際情況,嘗試制訂一個目標(biāo)明確、切實可行的職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃。在規(guī)劃的過程中,提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)的積極性和主動性,通過職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃活動形成自己的職業(yè)觀。而進行職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的第一步就是進行自我認知,而后形成良好的自我認同,進而確定自己的人生目標(biāo)和前進方向,最終在社會上開創(chuàng)出屬于自己的發(fā)展道路。本研究就是要調(diào)查本校學(xué)生的自我認同感和職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃狀況,通過教育觀察和有針對性的訪談了解自我認同感對職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的影響,嘗試提出提高學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃能力的建議。本研究在整理已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理相關(guān)理論和概念,應(yīng)用問卷調(diào)查法、文獻法、觀察法、訪談法等研究方法,選取S市A學(xué)校的六個班級,共194名同學(xué)作為研究對象。對這部分同學(xué)的自我認同感及職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃狀況進行問卷調(diào)查、對部分同學(xué)進行訪談和個別了解,并在平時的教育教學(xué)過程中對他們進行觀察和了解。初步得出,該校學(xué)生的自我認同感狀況處于中等水平;該校學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃狀況不容樂觀,少部分同學(xué)甚至處于迷茫狀況;自我認同感狀況對職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃有正向的指導(dǎo)意義。通過原因分析,最后結(jié)合該校的實際情況給我提高認同感及職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的策略。
[Abstract]:The National medium-and long-term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020) points out that vocational education should be vigorously developed.The development of vocational education is an important way to promote economic development, promote employment, improve people's livelihood and solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". It is the key link to alleviate the contradiction of labor supply and demand structure, and must be placed in a prominent position.The national demand for vocational education is to face everyone and society, and to cultivate students' professional ethics, vocational skills and employment ability."Service as the aim, employment as the orientation" is the specific requirement of the current secondary vocational education reform.To carry on the vocational career planning education to the secondary vocational school students is to let the students according to the needs of the social and economic development, combine their own actual situation, try to make a clear goal and feasible career development plan.In the process of planning, we should improve students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning major, and form their own professional outlook through career planning activities.The first step of career planning is to recognize oneself, then form a good self-identity, and then determine its own life goal and direction of progress, and finally create its own way of development in the society.The purpose of this study is to investigate the students' self-identity and career planning, and to understand the impact of self-identity on career planning through educational observation and targeted interviews.This paper tries to put forward some suggestions on how to improve students' ability of career planning.On the basis of sorting out the existing research, this study combed the relevant theories and concepts, applied the methods of questionnaire, literature, observation and interview, and selected 194 students from six classes of A School in S City as the object of study.This part of the students' self-identity and career planning status of the questionnaire, some of the students were interviewed and individual understanding, and in the ordinary teaching process of their observation and understanding.It is preliminarily concluded that the self-identity of the students in this school is at the middle level, the career planning of the students in this school is not optimistic, and a few students are even in a confused situation.Self-identity is of positive significance to career planning.Through the analysis of reasons, combined with the actual situation of the school to improve my identity and career planning strategy.
