邢臺(tái)市高職院校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化發(fā)展調(diào)查與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著我國高等教育普及面的不斷擴(kuò)寬以及近年來高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)壓力的提高,高職教育成為新的教育增長點(diǎn),高職院校的數(shù)量、規(guī)模、師資、教學(xué)質(zhì)量等等均在大幅提高,高職教育的重要性已經(jīng)不可小視。而輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是高職教育事業(yè)發(fā)展中不可或缺的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵性環(huán)節(jié),眾多院校不得不對(duì)其輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化的問題加以重視。 本文以自己多年的工作體驗(yàn)和所積累的大量文獻(xiàn)資料為基礎(chǔ),以邢臺(tái)市高職院校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為切入點(diǎn),以邢臺(tái)三所典型高職院校為考察對(duì)象,通過宏觀與微觀相結(jié)合的實(shí)證研究、個(gè)案分析、定性與定量分析的方法,嘗試運(yùn)用管理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、教育學(xué)、比較學(xué)等多學(xué)科的知識(shí),多層次、多角度地探討高職院校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化發(fā)展問題,開展針對(duì)性、系統(tǒng)性的研究,以期在材料、內(nèi)容、研究方法等方面有所創(chuàng)新。 本文的研究主要分為以下三個(gè)部分: 第一部分分析了高職院校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化的涵義及意義,闡述了高校輔導(dǎo)員及其職業(yè)化的定義,從職業(yè)化的定義及其包含的要素入手,,明確了高職院校輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)條件和要求。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合高職院校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的形成歷程及其職業(yè)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程,闡述和分析了新形勢對(duì)于高職院校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化建設(shè)的新需要。 第二部分主要分析了目前我國高職院校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化的狀況。通過邢臺(tái)三所高職院校的調(diào)查問卷,討論高職院校推進(jìn)輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化工作中的成績和問題,并且從推進(jìn)主體、推進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、推進(jìn)方法和途徑以及推進(jìn)客體等方面,探尋高職院校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化瓶頸癥結(jié)所在。 第三部分主要對(duì)高職輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)發(fā)展中存在問題的原因進(jìn)行分析,并提出相應(yīng)的解決策略。筆者在分析高職院校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的職業(yè)化發(fā)展存在問題的原因時(shí),首先分析了社會(huì)外環(huán)境的原因;其次分析了學(xué)校內(nèi)環(huán)境的原因;再次分析了輔導(dǎo)員自身的原因;最后分析了學(xué)生自身特點(diǎn)發(fā)展的原因。在提出高職輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化發(fā)展的對(duì)策時(shí),建議從三個(gè)方面作為高職院校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化建設(shè)的切入點(diǎn),來實(shí)現(xiàn)高職院校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍職業(yè)化發(fā)展的新途徑,即:大力轉(zhuǎn)變教育培養(yǎng)觀念;改革完善高職院校輔導(dǎo)員人力資源管理制度,加大執(zhí)行力度;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自我教育能力,以學(xué)生的自我教育和管理,促進(jìn)高職院校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the popularization of higher education in China and the increasing employment pressure of college graduates in recent years, higher vocational education has become a new educational growth point. The number, scale, teachers, teaching quality and so on of higher vocational colleges have been greatly improved.The importance of higher vocational education cannot be underestimated.The construction of counselors is an indispensable key link in the development of higher vocational education. Many colleges and universities have to attach importance to the professionalization of their counselors.Based on many years' work experience and a great deal of literature, this paper takes the status quo of the professional development of counselors in Xingtai higher vocational colleges as the starting point, and takes three typical vocational colleges in Xingtai as the object of investigation.Through the combination of macro and micro empirical research, case analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, try to use management, sociology, education, comparative science and other multi-disciplinary knowledge, multi-level,This paper probes into the professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges from many angles and carries out targeted and systematic research with a view to innovating in materials, contents and research methods.The research of this paper is divided into the following three parts:The first part analyzes the meaning and significance of the professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges, expounds the definition of counselors and their professionalization in higher vocational colleges, starting with the definition of professionalization and its elements, and clarifies the professional conditions and requirements of counselors in higher vocational colleges.On this basis, combined with the formation process and professionalization development process of counselors in higher vocational colleges, this paper expounds and analyzes the new needs for the professionalization construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges.The second part mainly analyzes the status quo of the professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges.Through the questionnaire survey of three higher vocational colleges in Xingtai, the paper discusses the achievements and problems in promoting the professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges, and from the aspects of promoting subjects, standards, methods and approaches, and advancing objects, etc.To explore the bottleneck of professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges.The third part mainly analyzes the causes of the problems in the career development of vocational counselors, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.When analyzing the reasons for the problems in the professionalization development of counselors in higher vocational colleges, the author first analyzes the reasons of the social external environment, secondly, analyzes the reasons of the school environment, and then analyzes the reasons of the counselors themselves.Finally, the author analyzes the reasons for the development of students' own characteristics.When putting forward the countermeasures of the professional development of the counselors in higher vocational colleges, it is suggested that the new way to realize the professionalization development of the counselors in higher vocational colleges should be taken as the breakthrough point of the professionalization construction of the counselors in the higher vocational colleges from three aspects.That is, to change the concept of education and cultivation, to reform and perfect the human resource management system of counselors in higher vocational colleges, to strengthen the implementation of the system, to cultivate students' ability of self-education, and to promote the professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges by means of self-education and management of students.
