阿勒泰畜牧獸醫(yī)職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)教育發(fā)展問題研究

【摘要】:新疆在西部大開發(fā)策略實(shí)施之后,面臨著人才緊缺的困境,在這種情況下,國家和當(dāng)?shù)貙τ诼殬I(yè)教育的發(fā)展日益重視。阿勒泰作為新疆畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要區(qū)域,其職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀就成為眾多職業(yè)教育部門及研究者關(guān)注的課題。本研究以阿勒泰畜牧獸醫(yī)職業(yè)學(xué)校為樣本,在分析職業(yè)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,通過問卷調(diào)研,對阿勒泰畜牧獸醫(yī)職業(yè)學(xué)校的職業(yè)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并深入訪談,從人才培養(yǎng)模式、教學(xué)模式、評價模式、辦學(xué)模式四個方面對職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行把握,在關(guān)注教師及企業(yè)需求之外,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注學(xué)生對于職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式的認(rèn)可度,通過數(shù)據(jù)分析,梳理出新疆阿勒泰畜牧獸醫(yī)職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題,根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際和職業(yè)教育發(fā)展目標(biāo),提出職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式的優(yōu)化策略。經(jīng)過分析,本研究主要得出以下結(jié)論:(1)阿勒泰畜牧獸醫(yī)職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式調(diào)研問卷信效度較高,可以作為科學(xué)化調(diào)研工具。職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式由四個因素組成,分別為人才培養(yǎng)模式、教學(xué)模式、評價模式、辦學(xué)模式。(2)阿勒泰畜牧獸醫(yī)職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式實(shí)施效果較好,群體滿意度達(dá)到60.56%,其中非常滿意的被試達(dá)到21.60%,比較滿意的被試達(dá)到38.96%。(3)評價群體對于職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式的不同因素認(rèn)可度存在差異,被試對于阿勒泰畜牧獸醫(yī)職業(yè)學(xué)校的人才培養(yǎng)模式的認(rèn)可度較高,平均分值達(dá)到3.79,對于教學(xué)模式的認(rèn)可度一般,對于評價模式和辦學(xué)模式的認(rèn)可度較低,平均分值在3分以下。(4)不同群體對職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式的認(rèn)可存在差異,在整體實(shí)施效果及實(shí)施情況、教學(xué)評價方面,教師的認(rèn)同度最高,高于在校學(xué)生、企業(yè)代表和已畢業(yè)學(xué)生的分?jǐn)?shù);在人才培養(yǎng)模式、評價模式方面,教師與學(xué)生的認(rèn)同度,顯著高于企業(yè)代表與已畢業(yè)學(xué)生的認(rèn)同度;在辦學(xué)模式方面,企業(yè)和教師的得分顯著高于在校學(xué)生的得分,同時,教師的得分也高于已畢業(yè)學(xué)生的得分。
[Abstract]:After the implementation of the strategy of developing the western region, Xinjiang is faced with the dilemma of talent shortage. In this case, the development of vocational education is paid more and more attention to by the country and the local government.Altay is an important area of livestock industry development in Xinjiang. The implementation of its vocational education development model has become the focus of attention of many vocational education departments and researchers.This study takes Altay Animal Husbandry Veterinary Vocational School as a sample, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of vocational education, through questionnaire investigation, analyzes the present situation of vocational education in Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School, and interviews deeply.From the four aspects of talent training mode, teaching mode, evaluation mode and school running mode, the development mode of vocational education should be grasped. Besides paying attention to the needs of teachers and enterprises, it should focus on the students' recognition of the development model of vocational education.Based on the data analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the vocational education development model in Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School in Xinjiang. According to the local reality and the development goal of vocational education, the optimization strategy of the vocational education development model is put forward.Based on the analysis, the main conclusions are as follows: 1) the questionnaire of vocational education development model in Altay animal husbandry and veterinary vocational school has high reliability and validity, and can be used as a scientific research tool.The development model of vocational education is composed of four factors, namely, talent training model, teaching model, evaluation model, school running model.) the implementation of the development model of vocational education in Altay animal husbandry and veterinary vocational school is better.Group satisfaction reached 60.56, among which the most satisfied subjects reached 21.60 and the more satisfied subjects reached 38.96. 3) there were differences in the recognition of different factors to the development model of vocational education.The average score of the personnel training model of Altay Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational School was 3.79, the recognition of teaching mode was general, and that of evaluation model and school running mode was lower.The average score is below 3. 4) there are differences in the recognition of vocational education development model among different groups. In the whole implementation effect and the implementation situation, the teacher's recognition degree is the highest, which is higher than that of the students in the school.The scores of enterprise representatives and graduated students; in terms of talent training model and evaluation model, the degree of recognition between teachers and students is significantly higher than that of enterprise representatives and graduated students; in the aspect of running a school model, the degree of recognition of teachers and students is significantly higher than that of enterprise representatives and graduated students.The scores of enterprises and teachers are significantly higher than those of students, and the scores of teachers are higher than those of graduates.
