期待視野下工科類(lèi)職業(yè)學(xué)校人文選修課程的研究與探索

【摘要】:近年來(lái),中、高等職業(yè)院校為社會(huì)輸送了大量的擁有先進(jìn)技能和應(yīng)用能力的人才。但是,在其高速發(fā)展的同時(shí),過(guò)度強(qiáng)調(diào)了技術(shù)、技能教育,卻放松了對(duì)學(xué)生人文素質(zhì)的養(yǎng)成。用人單位普遍反映畢業(yè)學(xué)生專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)雖能過(guò)關(guān),但在思想道德修養(yǎng)、責(zé)任意識(shí)、創(chuàng)新能力、綜合適應(yīng)能力、職業(yè)提升潛力等方面仍顯不足。當(dāng)代社會(huì)對(duì)技術(shù)工人的要求,越發(fā)重視其綜合人文素養(yǎng)的部分,因此,提倡在以工科專(zhuān)業(yè)為主的中、高職院校中,優(yōu)化人文選修課程,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生個(gè)人的全面、協(xié)調(diào)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。 筆者從對(duì)江蘇省無(wú)錫汽車(chē)工程中等專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)校人文素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀的抽樣調(diào)查情況來(lái)看,目前越來(lái)越多的中、高等職業(yè)學(xué)校開(kāi)始進(jìn)行人文選修課程模式和體系建構(gòu)的嘗試和論證。鑒于人文選修課程構(gòu)成的復(fù)雜性和不連續(xù)性,使得人文選修課程還沒(méi)有辦法像其他成熟的公修課程一樣,擁有完善而系統(tǒng)的教學(xué)大綱或課程設(shè)置模板。無(wú)論是教師、在校生、還是已畢業(yè)的學(xué)生都對(duì)開(kāi)展人文課程的現(xiàn)狀感到不滿。任何一門(mén)課程的發(fā)生、發(fā)展、成熟都需要一個(gè)不斷調(diào)整、適應(yīng)、改革的過(guò)程,而制定課程要求的教育主管部門(mén)、制定課程計(jì)劃和實(shí)施方案的學(xué)校教務(wù)主管部門(mén),以及具體操作實(shí)施人文課程文本的一線老師,,都苦于沒(méi)有一個(gè)成熟的方法論體系可以作為指導(dǎo)和借鑒。 本文借鑒姚斯接受美學(xué)理論體系重要概念之一“期待視野”理念,探索和研究職業(yè)學(xué)校工科類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)人文選修課程。從國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究資料表明,“期待視野”理念已進(jìn)入到對(duì)文本翻譯、藝術(shù)欣賞、新聞美感的實(shí)踐中,在教育領(lǐng)域主要是體現(xiàn)在與中、小學(xué)語(yǔ)文課程、英語(yǔ)課程、政治課程相結(jié)合,這種構(gòu)想已經(jīng)有不少教育工作者予以關(guān)注,眾多的中、小學(xué)一線教師已敏銳地將觸角伸向這個(gè)領(lǐng)域。這一切對(duì)筆者探索期待視野理念,以指導(dǎo)當(dāng)下工科類(lèi)職業(yè)院校的人文選修課程奠定了現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。筆者結(jié)合問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,歸納當(dāng)下中、外職業(yè)學(xué)校工科專(zhuān)業(yè)人文選修課程教、學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀與特點(diǎn),把握工科學(xué)生對(duì)這種人文審美潛在的“召喚”和“期待”,從而借鑒教育學(xué)原理和新課程改革理念,創(chuàng)新教學(xué)策略,來(lái)尋求拓寬學(xué)生的生活視野,增加學(xué)生的審美閱歷和經(jīng)驗(yàn),饋應(yīng)學(xué)生的審美期待,這就是我們?nèi)宋倪x修課程所要研究的課題和進(jìn)行有益嘗試的意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher vocational colleges and universities have sent a large number of advanced skills and application ability to the society.However, at the same time of its rapid development, excessive emphasis on technology, skills education, but relax the cultivation of students' humanistic quality.The employers generally reflect that graduates' professional skills can pass the test, but they are still deficient in ideological and moral accomplishment, responsibility consciousness, innovation ability, comprehensive adaptation ability, career promotion potential and so on.The demands of modern society for skilled workers have become more and more important to the part of their comprehensive humanistic literacy. Therefore, it is advocated to optimize the elective courses of humanities in higher vocational colleges and universities, so as to realize the students' individual all-round.Coordination and sustainable development are of great significance.From the sampling investigation on the present situation of humanistic quality in secondary professional schools of automobile engineering in Wuxi Jiangsu Province, more and more middle and middle vocational schools begin to try and demonstrate the model and system construction of humanistic elective courses.In view of the complexity and discontinuity of the humanities elective curriculum, there is no way to have a complete and systematic syllabus or curriculum template just like other mature public courses.Teachers, students and graduates are dissatisfied with the current state of the humanities curriculum.The occurrence, development and maturity of any course require a process of continuous adjustment, adaptation and reform. The competent department of education that formulates the curriculum requirements, and the competent department of school educational administration that formulates the curriculum plan and implements the program, is in need of a process of continuous adjustment, adaptation and reform.The teachers who operate and implement the humanistic curriculum texts are suffering from the lack of a mature methodology system to guide and draw lessons from.Based on the concept of "expectation vision", which is one of the important concepts of Yao Si's theory system of reception aesthetics, this paper explores and studies the elective courses of humanities for engineering majors in vocational schools.It is shown from the relevant research materials at home and abroad that the concept of "vision of expectation" has entered into the practice of text translation, art appreciation, news aesthetic sense, and in the field of education, it is mainly embodied in the middle school, primary school Chinese curriculum and English curriculum.With the combination of political courses, many educators have paid close attention to this idea, and many primary school teachers have been keen to extend their tentacles into this field.All of these have laid a realistic foundation for the author to explore the concept of expectation vision and guide the humanities elective courses in engineering vocational colleges.Based on the questionnaire survey, the author summarizes the present situation and characteristics of the humanities elective courses of engineering major in foreign vocational schools, and grasps the potential "call" and "expectation" of engineering students to this kind of humanistic aesthetic appreciation.So we can learn from the principles of pedagogy and the new curriculum reform idea, innovate the teaching strategy, seek to broaden the students' life vision, increase the students' aesthetic experience and experience, and respond to the students' aesthetic expectations.This is our humanities elective course to study the subject and the significance of a useful attempt.
