高職招生制度研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入大眾化階段,我國(guó)高等教育領(lǐng)域出現(xiàn)了高等職業(yè)教育與普通高等教育“兩分天下”的局面。與普通高校一樣,作為實(shí)施高等職業(yè)教育的機(jī)構(gòu),高職院校也需要有科學(xué)的考試招生制度。本文的出發(fā)點(diǎn)即是為我國(guó)的高職院校構(gòu)建出科學(xué)的考試招生制度。目前我國(guó)的高職院校招生制度存在諸多問(wèn)題,不能滿足高職招生對(duì)制度的需求,需要設(shè)計(jì)出更加科學(xué)的招生制度。招生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體現(xiàn)了高職院校對(duì)生源的要求,是制定考試招生制度的起點(diǎn)。經(jīng)過(guò)梳理發(fā)現(xiàn),歷史上我國(guó)高職招生制度中的招生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)歷了頗具等級(jí)色彩、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)靈活多樣和統(tǒng)考成績(jī)?yōu)橹魅齻(gè)階段。依據(jù)高等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展規(guī)律并借鑒歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn),高職院校招生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定應(yīng)遵循兼顧高等性與職業(yè)性、統(tǒng)一性基礎(chǔ)上的多樣性、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性與適應(yīng)性相統(tǒng)一三個(gè)原則。在此原則統(tǒng)攝下,高中學(xué)業(yè)水平考試制度定位于對(duì)考生的文化素質(zhì)學(xué)習(xí)情況進(jìn)行檢測(cè);職業(yè)技能測(cè)試制度定位于對(duì)考生的職業(yè)技能學(xué)習(xí)情況或者職業(yè)性向進(jìn)行檢測(cè),幫助高職預(yù)測(cè)考生成功完成學(xué)業(yè)的概率;綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)制度則是對(duì)考生的各方面素質(zhì)進(jìn)行全面考查,以便高職院校對(duì)考生作出更加科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)。在招生考試的具體設(shè)計(jì)方面,高中學(xué)業(yè)水平考試制度應(yīng)按照高中課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)全科設(shè)考,高職院校和考生則圍繞科目組合進(jìn)行雙向選擇。中職生參加全省統(tǒng)一組織的職業(yè)技能測(cè)試;普高生則參加職業(yè)性向測(cè)試,以檢驗(yàn)考生在職業(yè)技能方面的潛力。綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)制度則需要按照“基礎(chǔ)性”和“差異性”的思路、遵循客觀化、特色化和公平性的原則對(duì)最能體現(xiàn)考生優(yōu)勢(shì)素質(zhì)的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行記錄整理供高職使用。在招生錄取中,考試成績(jī)應(yīng)以原始分?jǐn)?shù)、等級(jí)分和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分三種形式呈現(xiàn)。這既可以彌補(bǔ)彼此的缺陷,又可以滿足主體的不同需要。采用綜合評(píng)價(jià)制度,錄取規(guī)則可使用“條件式”或“權(quán)重式”。除了考試招生制度外,招生目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)還需要高職院校、高中學(xué)校、政府或社會(huì)等提供相應(yīng)的配套措施。
[Abstract]:At the stage of popularization, higher vocational education and higher education in our country have been divided into two parts: higher vocational education and general higher education.As an institution of higher vocational education, higher vocational colleges also need a scientific examination system.The starting point of this paper is to construct a scientific examination enrollment system for higher vocational colleges in our country.At present, there are many problems in the enrollment system of higher vocational colleges in our country, which can not meet the needs of the enrollment system in higher vocational colleges, so it is necessary to design a more scientific enrollment system.The enrollment standard reflects the requirements of higher vocational colleges for students, and is the starting point of making the examination enrollment system.After combing, it is found that in the history of China's higher vocational enrollment system, the enrollment standard has experienced three stages: grade color, flexibility and diversity of the standard, and the results of the general examination.According to the law of the development of higher vocational education and the historical experience, the establishment of the enrollment standard of higher vocational colleges should follow the three principles of taking into account the characteristics of higher education and occupation, diversity on the basis of unity, unity of competition and adaptability.Under the guidance of this principle, the high school academic level examination system is oriented to examine the cultural quality of the examinee, and the vocational skill test system is aimed at the examination of the vocational skill learning situation or the professional orientation of the examinee.The comprehensive quality evaluation system is to conduct a comprehensive examination of all aspects of the quality of candidates, so as to make a more scientific evaluation of the candidates in higher vocational colleges.In the aspect of the specific design of the entrance examination, the system of the high school academic level examination should be set up according to the high school curriculum standard, and the higher vocational colleges and the examinees should choose the combination of subjects in both directions.The secondary vocational students take part in the vocational skills test organized by the whole province, and the Pu Gao students take the vocational orientation test to test the potential of the candidates in the vocational skills.The comprehensive quality evaluation system should follow the idea of "foundation" and "difference" and follow the principles of objectivity, characteristic and fairness to record and arrange the performance of examinee's superior quality for use in higher vocational education.In enrollment, examination scores should be presented in three forms: original score, grade score and standard.This can not only make up for each other's defects, but also meet the different needs of the main body.Using comprehensive evaluation system, admission rules can use "conditional" or "weight".In addition to the examination enrollment system, the realization of enrollment goal also needs the corresponding measures from higher vocational colleges, senior high schools, government or society.
