長(zhǎng)沙財(cái)經(jīng)學(xué)校學(xué)生人際交往存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展使得對(duì)技能型人才的需求日益迫切,中職學(xué)校作為培養(yǎng)這類人才的基地,既要重視學(xué)生專業(yè)技能的形成,又要對(duì)學(xué)生的心理健康負(fù)責(zé)。從中職生未來(lái)的發(fā)展來(lái)看,只有學(xué)會(huì)構(gòu)建和諧的人際關(guān)系,才能夠適應(yīng)校門外的社會(huì)生活,才能成為真正的有用人才。然而經(jīng)過(guò)本人對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙財(cái)經(jīng)學(xué)校的調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),中職學(xué)生的交往是學(xué)校工作中的一個(gè)盲點(diǎn),許多中職學(xué)生出現(xiàn)了人際交往危機(jī),卻又無(wú)法去解決。因此,研究中職學(xué)生交往的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,找出解決他們交往中問(wèn)題的方法成為了擺在中職教育者面前的一個(gè)重大課題。 研究中我主要運(yùn)用了調(diào)查法,對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙財(cái)經(jīng)學(xué)校不同專業(yè)和不同年級(jí)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談,同時(shí)和部分教師、家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行了交流。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析后,發(fā)現(xiàn)中職學(xué)生的交往具有交流愿望的強(qiáng)烈性、交流目的的多樣性、交流對(duì)象的復(fù)雜性、交流途徑的虛擬化、交流層次的膚淺化的特點(diǎn),他們的人際關(guān)系中出現(xiàn)的主要問(wèn)題是交往中帶有強(qiáng)烈的功利色彩、表達(dá)時(shí)缺少基本的素質(zhì)、有強(qiáng)烈的自我中心意識(shí)、喜歡追求江湖義氣、自卑心理普遍存在。在分析了產(chǎn)生上述問(wèn)題的原因后,從校園文化、學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)溝通、學(xué)生心理輔導(dǎo)三個(gè)方面提出了解決問(wèn)題的策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of our society and economy, the demand for skilled talents is becoming more and more urgent. As a base for cultivating such talents, secondary vocational schools should attach importance to the formation of students' professional skills and be responsible for their mental health.From the point of view of the future development of secondary vocational students, only by learning to build harmonious interpersonal relationships can they adapt to the social life outside the school door and become truly useful talents.However, through the investigation of Changsha School of Finance and Economics, it is found that the communication of secondary vocational school students is a blind spot in school work, many secondary vocational school students appear interpersonal communication crisis, but can not solve.Therefore, studying the actual situation of secondary vocational school students' communication and finding out how to solve the problems in their communication has become an important subject in front of secondary vocational school educators.In the study, I mainly used the method of investigation, conducted questionnaires and interviews with students of different majors and grades in Changsha Finance and Economics School, and exchanged with some teachers and parents at the same time.After summing up and analyzing the results of the investigation, it is found that the communication of secondary vocational school students has the characteristics of strong desire of communication, diversity of communication purposes, complexity of communication objects, virtualization of communication channels and superficial communication level.The main problems in their interpersonal relations are that they have strong utilitarian color in their communication, lack of basic quality when expressing, strong sense of self-center, like to pursue the quaint spirit, and the prevalence of inferiority complex.After analyzing the causes of the above problems, this paper puts forward the strategies of solving the problems from the aspects of campus culture, student parent communication and student psychological guidance.
