基于多元智能理論的企業(yè)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)計(jì)策略研究

【摘要】:職業(yè)培訓(xùn)不僅是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)的重要職能之一,而且是企業(yè)提高員工職業(yè)素質(zhì)和技能的重要途徑。職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的有效性在很大程度上受制于課程設(shè)計(jì)。但是,目前在我國(guó)企業(yè)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)計(jì)中,還普遍存在著課程目標(biāo)不明確、課程內(nèi)容與職工實(shí)際需求不匹配、課程教學(xué)方法單一、課程評(píng)價(jià)片面化等諸多弊端。因此,進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)和深化企業(yè)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題的研究,是事關(guān)我國(guó)人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)和企業(yè)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)改革與發(fā)展的一個(gè)十分重要的課題。 由美國(guó)著名心理學(xué)家霍華德·加德納(Howard Gardner)提出的多元智能理論,強(qiáng)調(diào)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力和創(chuàng)造力的重要性;強(qiáng)調(diào)發(fā)揮人的特長(zhǎng),重視個(gè)別差異,發(fā)現(xiàn)并培養(yǎng)人的智能強(qiáng)項(xiàng)等主張,對(duì)于糾正和克服我國(guó)企業(yè)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)節(jié)所存在的突出問(wèn)題,具有重要的理論借鑒價(jià)值和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。本文嘗試以加德納提出的多元智能理論為指導(dǎo),具體應(yīng)用了理論研究、比較研究、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等基本方法,對(duì)我國(guó)企業(yè)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)及課程設(shè)計(jì)的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題,以及在企業(yè)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)和課程設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)節(jié),借鑒和應(yīng)用多元智能理論的必要性和可行性等重要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究。 本文以多元智能理論為指導(dǎo),強(qiáng)調(diào)企業(yè)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)計(jì),在課程目標(biāo)的制定、課程內(nèi)容的選擇與組織、課程實(shí)施及課程評(píng)價(jià)環(huán)節(jié),應(yīng)遵從以下基本策略:(1)課程目標(biāo)的制定應(yīng)充分重視企業(yè)及職工的實(shí)際需求;應(yīng)體現(xiàn)職業(yè)崗位的需要;應(yīng)突出培養(yǎng)職工解決問(wèn)題的能力;應(yīng)以職業(yè)崗位核心智能為主,并兼顧各智能的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。(2)課程內(nèi)容的選擇和組織應(yīng)根據(jù)職業(yè)崗位的需要,以適應(yīng)和促進(jìn)職工智能的發(fā)展為目的;應(yīng)移植、調(diào)整普通學(xué)校和職業(yè)學(xué),F(xiàn)有智能課程;應(yīng)以職業(yè)崗位所需的某個(gè)智能為中心。(3)課程實(shí)施應(yīng)創(chuàng)設(shè)促進(jìn)多元智能發(fā)展的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境;應(yīng)充分重視多元智能教師的培養(yǎng);應(yīng)采用多元化教學(xué)方法。(4)在評(píng)價(jià)主體、評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容、評(píng)價(jià)方式三方面,課程評(píng)價(jià)都應(yīng)遵從多元化評(píng)價(jià)的指導(dǎo)思想。 總之,本文以多元智能理論為視角,探討了我國(guó)企業(yè)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)計(jì)的理論和實(shí)踐狀況,并以這個(gè)新的視角對(duì)如何進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)和完善我國(guó)企業(yè)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了初步的思考和探索。
[Abstract]:Vocational training is not only one of the important functions of human resource development in modern enterprises, but also an important way for enterprises to improve their professional quality and skills.The effectiveness of vocational training is largely constrained by curriculum design.However, at present, in the course design of our country's enterprise vocational training, there are still many drawbacks such as unclear curriculum objectives, mismatch between curriculum contents and staff's actual needs, single teaching method of curriculum, one-sided course evaluation and so on.Therefore, to further promote and deepen the research on the design of vocational training curriculum is a very important issue concerning the development of human resources and the reform and development of enterprise vocational training in our country.The theory of multiple intelligences, put forward by Howard Gardner, a famous psychologist in the United States, emphasizes the importance of the ability and creativity to solve practical problems, and stresses the importance of giving full play to one's strengths and attaching importance to individual differences.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to find out and train human intelligence to correct and overcome the outstanding problems existing in the course design of vocational training in our country.Under the guidance of Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, this paper applies the basic methods of theoretical research, comparative study, questionnaire survey and so on, to the present situation and existing problems of vocational training and curriculum design in Chinese enterprises.The necessity and feasibility of using multiple intelligences theory for reference and application in vocational training and curriculum design of enterprises are also studied.Guided by the theory of multiple intelligences, this paper emphasizes the course design of enterprise vocational training, the establishment of curriculum objectives, the selection and organization of curriculum contents, the implementation of courses and the evaluation of courses.Should follow the following basic strategy: 1) the formulation of curriculum objectives should pay full attention to the actual needs of enterprises and staff and workers; should reflect the needs of professional posts; should highlight the training of workers' ability to solve problems; and should focus on the core intelligence of professional posts.Meanwhile, the selection and organization of curriculum contents should be based on the needs of professional posts, in order to adapt and promote the development of employees' intelligence, transplant and adjust the existing intelligent curriculum in ordinary schools and vocational schools.The implementation of the curriculum should focus on the intelligence needed by the professional post. It should create a learning environment to promote the development of multiple intelligences; it should pay full attention to the cultivation of the teachers of multiple intelligences; it should adopt a diversified teaching method.In three aspects, curriculum evaluation should follow the guiding ideology of diversified evaluation.In a word, from the perspective of multiple intelligences, this paper discusses the theory and practice of the curriculum design of enterprise vocational training in China.And from this new angle of view, how to further promote and improve the design of vocational training courses in our country is preliminarily considered and explored.
