德國雙元制模式在改善我國高職教育工學(xué)交替模式中的借鑒研究

【摘要】:目前,我國經(jīng)濟處在一個高速發(fā)展的階段,對有較強職業(yè)能力以及高素質(zhì)人才的要求越來越迫切。但是以學(xué)校和課堂為中心的傳統(tǒng)的人才培養(yǎng)模式,由于其更注重理論、學(xué)習(xí)方式比較單一,所以導(dǎo)致學(xué)習(xí)效果不理想,最終導(dǎo)致就業(yè)受到不同程度的影響。從而產(chǎn)生了一系列不可避免的問題。針對這些問題,傳統(tǒng)的人才培養(yǎng)模式已急需改革,現(xiàn)在我國已有部分高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校開始做出嘗試?v觀古今,德國的獨具一格的“雙元制”人才培養(yǎng)模式倍受各國推崇!半p元制”的人才培養(yǎng)模式,使德國的職業(yè)教育和企業(yè)發(fā)展緊密地相結(jié)合,使得校企雙方能從中受益:“雙元制”使學(xué)校能夠得到足夠的資源和支持,從而獲得不斷發(fā)展,企業(yè)也能從學(xué)校的畢業(yè)生里找到人才,特別是能夠與企業(yè)的實際操作直接接軌的人才。德國的這種讓企業(yè)與學(xué)校直接接軌的人才培養(yǎng)模式,值得我國的職業(yè)教育模式改革學(xué)習(xí)。雖然從20世紀(jì)80年代開始,我國對“雙元制”人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究就沒有停止過。工學(xué)交替、校企合作模式既能夠發(fā)揮學(xué)校教育與科研的優(yōu)勢,又讓企業(yè)把學(xué)校的教育資源、人才資源、科研資源變?yōu)閷嶋H生產(chǎn)力,,雙方優(yōu)勢互相促進,才能讓學(xué)生成為可用之才,最后成為高水平人才。提高人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量,但在我國,工學(xué)交替、校企合作模式還處于很初級的階段,而企業(yè)的一線技術(shù)工人和管理人員主要來自職業(yè)院校,因此,探索與研究一種教學(xué)模式,讓它能夠更好的發(fā)揮出我國各高等職業(yè)學(xué)校的特點,又能讓企業(yè)找到需用的人才,大力推行工學(xué)交替已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文希望通過借鑒德國雙元制人才培養(yǎng)模式,通過對工學(xué)交替相關(guān)概念的理論研究和闡述,以四川建筑職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院建筑工程技術(shù)專業(yè)實施工學(xué)交替模式的過程中的相關(guān)實踐效果,來對比研究工學(xué)交替模式中取得的部分經(jīng)驗和成果,通過探索具體的實施步驟和方法,來思考需要解決好的關(guān)鍵問題,最終向其他高等職業(yè)院校提供進行工學(xué)交替模式教學(xué)時的參考經(jīng)驗和依據(jù),
[Abstract]:At present, the economy of our country is in a stage of high speed development, so it is more and more urgent to have strong professional ability and high quality talents.But the traditional talent training mode centered on school and classroom, because it pays more attention to the theory, the study way is relatively single, so the learning effect is not ideal, and finally the employment is affected by different degrees.As a result, a series of inevitable problems arose.In view of these problems, the traditional talent training mode is in urgent need of reform, now some higher vocational and technical colleges in our country have begun to try.Throughout the ages, Germany's unique "dual system" talent training model is highly respected by all countries.The "dual system" of talent training mode, so that Germany's vocational education and enterprise development is closely integrated, so that both schools and enterprises can benefit from it: "dual system" so that schools can get sufficient resources and support, so that they can get continuous development.Enterprises can also find talents from school graduates, especially those who are directly in line with the actual operation of the enterprise.Germany's talent training model, which allows enterprises to connect directly with schools, is worthy of our vocational education model reform and study.Although since the 1980's, our country has not stopped the research on the "dual system" talent training model.The mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises can not only give full play to the advantages of school education and scientific research, but also enable enterprises to turn the educational resources, human resources and scientific research resources of schools into actual productive forces. The advantages of both sides promote each other.Ability to make students become available talent, and finally become a high level of talent.To improve the quality of personnel training, but in our country, the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises is still at a very preliminary stage, and the front-line technical workers and managers of enterprises mainly come from vocational colleges. Therefore, to explore and study a teaching model,So that it can better play out the characteristics of our country's higher vocational schools, but also to enable enterprises to find the talents needed, vigorously promote work-learning alternates has become a top priority.This article hopes to draw lessons from the German dual system personnel training model, through the theoretical research and elaboration of the related concepts of work-learning alternation.Based on the practice effect of the construction engineering technology specialty in Sichuan Institute of Architecture and Technology, this paper compares some experiences and achievements obtained in the mode of alternating work and learning, and explores the concrete steps and methods of implementation.To think about the key problems that need to be solved well, and finally to provide other vocational colleges with reference experience and basis for the teaching of alternative working-learning models.
