【摘要】：由于長(zhǎng)期計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響和近些年來(lái)的大幅擴(kuò)招,使農(nóng)林高職院校投入產(chǎn)出矛盾進(jìn)一步凸顯。對(duì)這類院校發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,借助數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法(DEA),對(duì)農(nóng)林高職院校的投入產(chǎn)出效益進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),同時(shí)以陜西農(nóng)林高職院校為例,從綜合效率、技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率等方面進(jìn)行了實(shí)證性驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,陜西農(nóng)林高職院校投入產(chǎn)出效益之間是一種協(xié)同關(guān)系,唯有處理好學(xué)校、學(xué)科、教師三個(gè)層面的協(xié)作關(guān)系,方可有效地修正投入產(chǎn)出組合效率值所出現(xiàn)的變異。
[Abstract]:Due to the influence of long-term planned economy and the large enrollment expansion in recent years, the input-output contradiction in higher vocational colleges of agriculture and forestry is further highlighted.This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of this kind of colleges, evaluates the input-output benefit of agricultural and forestry higher vocational colleges with the aid of data envelopment analysis method, and takes Shaanxi agricultural and forestry higher vocational colleges as an example from the view of comprehensive efficiency.The technical efficiency and scale efficiency are verified empirically.The results show that there is a synergistic relationship between the input-output benefit of agricultural and forestry higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi province. Only by dealing with the cooperative relations at the three levels of school, discipline and teacher, can the variation of the input-output combination efficiency value be corrected effectively.
