【摘要】：大學(xué)是一個人人生觀、價值觀形成的非常重要的時期,同時也是一個人進(jìn)行自己的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的重要階段。職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃不僅關(guān)乎到自己的職業(yè)和人生發(fā)展,也關(guān)系到企業(yè)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展乃至整個社會人力資源的合理配置和社會的和諧穩(wěn)定。學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃發(fā)展問題引起了各大高校的重視,對如何開展學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育進(jìn)行了研究和實踐。然而,在實際的開展過程中,暴露出了一些問題,如課程設(shè)置不合理,學(xué)生規(guī)劃意識不強(qiáng)烈,規(guī)劃過程流于形式等。因此,如何采取切實有效的措施改變高校學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀成為擺在高校面前的一項重大課題。本文在分析東營職業(yè)學(xué)院目前高職畢業(yè)生就業(yè)及職業(yè)生涯狀況的情況下,對東營職業(yè)學(xué)院高職畢業(yè)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的開展情況和高職畢業(yè)生就業(yè)情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,通過對調(diào)查結(jié)果分析和總結(jié),剖析高等職業(yè)院校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃開展中存在的問題,對高職院校職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃工作提出了對策和建議。試圖對學(xué)校該如何加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的問題,為個人走向職業(yè)成功之路提供有效的參考。
[Abstract]:College is a very important period for a person to form his outlook on life and values, and also an important stage for a person to plan his own career.Career planning is not only related to one's own career and life development, but also related to the stable development of enterprises and even the rational allocation of human resources and the harmony and stability of the whole society.The problem of students' career planning and development has aroused the attention of universities and colleges, and the research and practice on how to carry out the education of students' career planning are carried out.However, in the actual process of development, some problems have been exposed, such as unreasonable curriculum, students' weak awareness of planning, and the mere formality of the planning process.Therefore, how to take practical and effective measures to change the status quo of college students' career planning has become an important subject in front of colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the employment and career situation of the graduates of Dongying Vocational College, this paper makes an investigation on the development of the career planning of the graduates of Dongying Vocational College and the employment situation of the graduates.Through the analysis and summary of the investigation results, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of career planning in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for career planning in higher vocational colleges.This paper attempts to provide an effective reference to how to strengthen the career planning of students in schools and to provide an effective reference for the personal career success.
