【摘要】：澳大利亞TAFE學(xué)院教育體系通過宏觀的目標(biāo)設(shè)定和微觀的實(shí)施辦法,再結(jié)合強(qiáng)有力的質(zhì)量保證體系,最終形成了一個(gè)較為完善的職業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)體系及資格框架,是全球最成功的特色鮮明的教育體系之一。澳大利亞的行業(yè)企業(yè)在確立國家職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)政策、制定不同行業(yè)培訓(xùn)包以及與TAFE學(xué)院合作等諸方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。澳大利亞TAFE學(xué)院校企合作的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)在于培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)以行業(yè)為主導(dǎo)、行業(yè)企業(yè)積極參與師資建設(shè)、理論與實(shí)踐教學(xué)一體化、校企共同培養(yǎng)人才等方面,對筆者單位破解如何構(gòu)建校企合作有效運(yùn)行體系和長效運(yùn)行機(jī)制的難題提供了借鑒,從而為進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)新校企合作辦學(xué)體制機(jī)制,促進(jìn)校企深度合作和工學(xué)緊密結(jié)合,探明了改革的方向。
[Abstract]:The education system of TAFE College in Australia has formed a relatively perfect vocational education and training system and qualification framework through macro goal setting and micro implementation method, combined with a strong quality assurance system.It is one of the most successful and distinctive educational systems in the world.Australian industry enterprises play an important role in establishing national vocational education and training policy, making different industry training packages and cooperating with TAFE College.The successful experience of the cooperation between schools and enterprises of TAFE College in Australia lies in the following aspects: the training system is industry-oriented, the industry enterprises actively participate in the construction of teachers, the integration of theory and practice teaching, the joint training of talents between schools and enterprises, etc.It provides a reference for the author to solve the problem of how to construct the effective operation system and the long-term operation mechanism of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, so as to further innovate the system mechanism of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, and promote the deep cooperation between the school and the enterprise and the close combination of engineering and learning.The direction of the reform has been explored.
