【摘要】：開展職業(yè)教育精準(zhǔn)扶貧是增強(qiáng)貧困人口職業(yè)技能、提升人力資本、實(shí)現(xiàn)脫貧致富目標(biāo)的重要路徑�？茖W(xué)實(shí)施職業(yè)教育精準(zhǔn)扶貧工作,必須明確其目標(biāo)定位、群體定位、區(qū)域定位以及服務(wù)內(nèi)容定位。要綜合運(yùn)用"獎(jiǎng)、助、貸、補(bǔ)"相結(jié)合的獎(jiǎng)助模式,長(zhǎng)短結(jié)合的技能培訓(xùn)模式,與科技扶貧相結(jié)合的對(duì)口幫扶模式,以增強(qiáng)職業(yè)教育精準(zhǔn)扶貧工作的實(shí)效性。同時(shí),還要不斷創(chuàng)新職業(yè)教育扶貧聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制,形成扶貧工作合力,增加職業(yè)教育扶貧經(jīng)費(fèi)投入,開展產(chǎn)教聯(lián)合扶貧和"造血"式智力扶貧,實(shí)施定向的技能型教育扶貧,實(shí)現(xiàn)人才的精準(zhǔn)培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:The development of vocational education is an important way to enhance the poor people's vocational skills, enhance human capital and achieve the goal of getting rid of poverty.In order to carry out the work of helping the poor scientifically, it is necessary to define the target, group, region and service content of vocational education.In order to enhance the effectiveness of precision poverty alleviation in vocational education, we should comprehensively use the "award, aid, loan, and compensation" model, the skill training model combined with the long and short combination, and the corresponding help model combined with science and technology to help the poor.At the same time, it is also necessary to continuously innovate the linkage mechanism of helping the poor in vocational education, to form a joint effort to help the poor, to increase the funding input for poverty alleviation in vocational education, to carry out the joint work of industry and education in poverty alleviation and to carry out a "hematopoietic" type of intellectual poverty alleviation, and to carry out targetedTo achieve the precise training of talents.
