【摘要】：目的:探討職業(yè)決策自我效能在中職生未來(lái)取向與職業(yè)決策困難之間的關(guān)系中是否存在中介作用,為減少中職生職業(yè)決策困難提供實(shí)證依據(jù)和支持。方法:采用青少年未來(lái)取向問(wèn)卷、職業(yè)決策自我效能量表和職業(yè)決策困難量表對(duì)700名廣東省珠三角地區(qū)中職生進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:職業(yè)決策困難與未來(lái)認(rèn)知、未來(lái)情感與未來(lái)意志行為均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.42,-0.21,-0.49;P均0.01),與職業(yè)決策自我效能呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.56,P0.01);職業(yè)決策自我效能與未來(lái)認(rèn)知、未來(lái)情感與未來(lái)意志行為呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.44,0.16,0.58;P均0.01)。職業(yè)決策自我效能在未來(lái)認(rèn)知與職業(yè)決策困難關(guān)系中,具有部分中介作用(Z=-5.01,P0.001),職業(yè)決策自我效能在未來(lái)情感與職業(yè)決策困難關(guān)系中,具有部分中介作用(Z=-3.46,P0.001),職業(yè)決策自我效能在未來(lái)意志行為與職業(yè)決策困難關(guān)系中,具有部分中介作用(Z=-4.10,P0.001)。結(jié)論:中職生的未來(lái)認(rèn)知、未來(lái)情感和未來(lái)意志行為既可直接影響職業(yè)決策困難,也可以通過(guò)職業(yè)決策自我效能的中介作用影響職業(yè)決策困難。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the intermediary role of career decision-making self-efficacy in the relationship between vocational students' future orientation and career decision making difficulties, and to provide empirical evidence and support for reducing vocational decision-making difficulties of secondary vocational school students.Methods: 700 secondary vocational students in Pearl River Delta in Guangdong Province were investigated by questionnaire of adolescents' Future orientation, self efficacy scale of career decision making and scale of career decision difficulty.Results: there was a negative correlation between career decision making difficulties and future cognition, future emotion and future will behavior. There was a significant negative correlation between career decision making self-efficacy and career decision making self-efficacy and future cognition, and there was a significant negative correlation between career decision making self-efficacy and future cognition.There was a significant positive correlation between future emotion and future will behavior.In the relationship between future cognition and career decision making difficulties, career decision-making self-efficacy has a partial intermediary role, and career decision-making self-efficacy plays a role in the relationship between future emotion and career decision making difficulties.The self-efficacy of career decision-making has a partial intermediary role in the future relationship between willpower behavior and career decision making difficulties.Conclusion: the future cognition, the future emotion and the future will behavior of the secondary vocational school students can not only directly affect the career decision making difficulty, but also influence the career decision making difficulty through the intermediary function of the career decision-making self-efficacy.
