【摘要】:[目的]評(píng)價(jià)團(tuán)隊(duì)為基礎(chǔ)的教學(xué)法與微格教學(xué)法在基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理學(xué)技能實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)中的使用效果。[方法]將67名高職二年級(jí)護(hù)理學(xué)生列為研究對(duì)象,按照班級(jí)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,其中對(duì)照組(n=35)采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法,觀察組(n=32)實(shí)施TBL聯(lián)合微格教學(xué)法。[結(jié)果]觀察組學(xué)生的個(gè)人技能操作考核、臨床溝通能力、評(píng)判性思維能力和自主學(xué)習(xí)能力均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]TBL聯(lián)合微格教學(xué)法有利于提高基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理學(xué)技能實(shí)訓(xùn)課的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生的評(píng)判性思維能力、自主學(xué)習(xí)能力與溝通能力,有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of team based teaching method and microteaching method in practical teaching of basic nursing skills.[methods] Sixty-seven nursing students in the second year of higher vocational education were divided into observation group and control group according to their classes. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method and the observation group implemented TBL combined with microteaching method.[results] the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of personal skills, clinical communication ability, critical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability.[conclusion] TBL combined with microteaching method is beneficial to improve the teaching quality of the practical training course of basic nursing skills, enhance the students' critical thinking ability, autonomous learning ability and communication ability, and help to train the students' comprehensive ability.
