【摘要】：高等職業(yè)教育是我國(guó)高等教育的重要組成部分,是促進(jìn)我國(guó)高等教育大眾化發(fā)展不可缺少的力量,擔(dān)負(fù)著培養(yǎng)和造就高層次高技能型人才的重任。高等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展水平?jīng)Q定著高等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量。隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來(lái)和我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),傳統(tǒng)型的高職教育培養(yǎng)模式不能適應(yīng)社會(huì)對(duì)實(shí)用型技能型人才的需求。因此順應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),高職院校與企業(yè)之間在互利互贏的基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)展校企合作,發(fā)揮各自的特長(zhǎng),培養(yǎng)新型人才,是當(dāng)前我國(guó)高職教育發(fā)展的主流趨勢(shì)。 目前我國(guó)高職教育校企合作在發(fā)展的過(guò)程中取得了一些成就,但由于我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期形成的政府一元投入、一元管理的人才培養(yǎng)模式的束縛,校企合作沒(méi)有取得突破性的進(jìn)展。同時(shí),由于校企合作的發(fā)展過(guò)程中涉及到各方面的利益相關(guān)者,利益相關(guān)者的利益訴求等直接影響著校企合作的生存與發(fā)展,而我國(guó)現(xiàn)有政策、法律和法規(guī)缺少對(duì)校企合作的指導(dǎo)與保障措施,嚴(yán)重影響了校企合作的健康發(fā)展。 本文從高職教育校企合作的利益相關(guān)者入手,充分分析當(dāng)前我國(guó)校企合作的現(xiàn)狀及出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,對(duì)校企合作的利益相關(guān)者進(jìn)行劃分,充分考慮利益相關(guān)者的利益訴求以及利益相關(guān)者利益訴求的優(yōu)先度,在利益協(xié)調(diào)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出我國(guó)高職教育校企合作的發(fā)展對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in our country. It is an indispensable force to promote the popularization of higher education in our country.The development level of higher vocational education determines the quality of talent training in higher vocational education.With the arrival of knowledge economy and the upgrading of social economy in China, the traditional higher vocational education training model can not meet the needs of the society for practical skilled personnel.Therefore, in accordance with the trend of social development, it is the mainstream trend of the development of higher vocational education in our country to develop the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises on the basis of mutual benefit and mutual benefit, to give play to their own special strengths and to cultivate new talents.At present, some achievements have been made in the course of the development of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education in China. However, due to the restraint of the government's monolithic investment and the univariate management's talent training model, the cooperation between schools and enterprises has not made any breakthrough progress.At the same time, the development of school-enterprise cooperation involves various stakeholders, and the interests of stakeholders directly affect the survival and development of school-enterprise cooperation.The lack of guidance and protection measures on the cooperation between schools and enterprises has seriously affected the healthy development of cooperation between schools and enterprises.Starting from the stakeholders of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education, this paper fully analyzes the current situation and problems of school-enterprise cooperation in our country, and divides the stakeholders of school-enterprise cooperation.Considering the interests of the stakeholders and the priority of the interests of the stakeholders, on the basis of the coordination of interests, this paper puts forward the development countermeasures of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education in our country.
