【摘要】：隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟的不斷深入發(fā)展和高等院校招生規(guī)模的不斷擴大，大學畢業(yè)生的人數(shù)呈逐年增長的趨勢，，就業(yè)形勢日益嚴峻。在這種情形下，大學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育缺失現(xiàn)象被社會各界所關(guān)注。職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育就是引導學生在對其職業(yè)生涯的主客觀條件進行測定、分析、總結(jié)和研究的基礎(chǔ)上，確定其最佳職業(yè)奮斗目標，并為實現(xiàn)這一目標做出有效規(guī)劃的教育活動。職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的本質(zhì)、核心在于促進人的全面發(fā)展和培養(yǎng)人的綜合素質(zhì)，滿足社會對高等人才的需求。[1]可見職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育對于大學生實現(xiàn)個人終身發(fā)展有著重要的作用。陜西省是我國高教大省，尤其是職業(yè)教育、民辦教育大省，為使大學生實現(xiàn)個人的全面和諧發(fā)展，高等職業(yè)院校大學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育問題與對策研究是值得深入探討的課題。 本文主要通過文獻法和抽樣問卷調(diào)查法進行分析研究。采用文獻法收集國內(nèi)外在本研究領(lǐng)域的成果、專著、文獻，并對所收集資料進行研究、對比和篩選，從而歸納總結(jié)出目前研究狀況的發(fā)展趨勢，為論文的進一步研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。采用抽樣問卷調(diào)查法對陜西職業(yè)技術(shù)學院、陜西財經(jīng)職業(yè)技術(shù)學院、西安職業(yè)技術(shù)學院、西安海棠職業(yè)學院、西安思源職業(yè)學院、西安高新科技職業(yè)學院、西安培華學院、西安歐亞學院、西安科技大學、西安工程大學十所高職院校（包括本科院校中的大專院校）大學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計和分析，調(diào)查顯示大學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育存在以下突出問題：（1）教育缺乏全程性服務(wù)意識；（2）教育內(nèi)容和形式單一；（3）教師缺乏專業(yè)性；（4）社會組織的參與度不高。針對以上問題分析其影響因素包括：（1）高校對職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育重視程度不夠；（2）內(nèi)容和形式缺乏規(guī)范性；（3）教師隊伍缺乏專業(yè)化培訓措施；（4）缺乏政府和社會的有效支持；（5）傳統(tǒng)教育在職業(yè)指導上的缺乏。綜合上述理論分析和實際工作研究，本文在借鑒相關(guān)學者研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，提出大學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育存在問題的對策：（1）構(gòu)建全程性職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育服務(wù)；（2）完善教育內(nèi)容和形式；（3）加強教師隊伍建設(shè)；（4）加強高職院校與社會組織的交流與合作。同時，為了使上述教育對策能夠得到有效實施，還提出了物質(zhì)保障和法律保障的具體保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the market economy and the expanding enrollment scale of colleges and universities , the number of college graduates has been increasing year by year , and the employment situation is becoming more and more severe . In this situation , the education of career planning of college students has been paid close attention to by all walks of life . The essence of career planning education is to promote the comprehensive development of human beings and cultivate people ' s comprehensive quality .

This paper studies the present situation of career planning education of college students in Xi ' an Institute of Vocational and Technical College , Xi ' an Institute of Finance and Economics , Xi ' an Institute of Technology , Xi ' an , Xi ' an , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an Peihua University , Xi ' an College of Technology , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an Engineering University , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an Engineering University , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an Engineering University , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an University of Science and Technology , Xi ' an Engineering University .
( 2 ) The content and form of education are single ;
( 3 ) Lack of professionalism of teachers ;
( 4 ) The participation of social organizations is not high . The analysis of the factors affecting the above problems includes : ( 1 ) Insufficient attention paid to career planning education in colleges and universities ;
( 2 ) Lack of standardization in content and form ;
( 3 ) Lack of specialized training measures for teachers ' teams ;
( 4 ) Lack of effective support from the Government and society ;
( 5 ) The lack of traditional education in vocational guidance .
( 2 ) To improve the content and form of education ;
( 3 ) To strengthen the construction of teachers ' teams ;
( 4 ) To strengthen the communication and cooperation between higher vocational colleges and social organizations . Meanwhile , in order to ensure the effective implementation of the above - mentioned educational countermeasures , specific safeguard measures for material protection and legal protection are also put forward .
