課程管理視角的職業(yè)院校課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:基于生態(tài)主義哲學(xué)觀的課程開發(fā)及其管理是對科學(xué)主義課程觀及其管理的揚(yáng)棄。它決定了“為建立永續(xù)的組織生態(tài)而管理”(managing for sustainable organizational ecology)將成為職業(yè)院校課程管理的價(jià)值追求。因此,本文從課程管理的視角,沿著課程、課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、職業(yè)院校課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)管理的線索,通過單獨(dú)和綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)的、比較的和歷史的研究方法,著重分析了職業(yè)院校課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)涵、要素、環(huán)境、結(jié)構(gòu)、功能、特征等問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了“課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)管理”的概念和策略。具體內(nèi)容如下: 第一章,緒言:在論證了選題研究的目的、意義基礎(chǔ)上,梳理了國外和國內(nèi)的已有研究成果,界定了職業(yè)院校課程、課程管理和雇主三個(gè)基本概念,明確了主要的研究方法,給出了具體的研究內(nèi)容和思路。 第二章,職業(yè)院校課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)涵:在定義“職業(yè)院校課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)”的前提下,論證了該系統(tǒng)的要素構(gòu)成——教師、學(xué)生、雇主和課程資源,以及以這四個(gè)要素為中心事物的環(huán)境因子種類和結(jié)構(gòu)。 第三章,職業(yè)院校課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu):著重論述了職業(yè)院校課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的要素之間、系統(tǒng)之間的關(guān)系,并依據(jù)日本學(xué)者高野桂一的課程管理P—D—S理論模型,構(gòu)建了職業(yè)院校課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)模型。 第四章,職業(yè)院校課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的功能:本章依據(jù)職業(yè)院校課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型闡明了其運(yùn)行機(jī)制和基本功能,并通過對系統(tǒng)特征的歸納、概括進(jìn)一步深化對其的全面理解和整體把握。 第五章,職業(yè)院校課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)管理:通過考察職業(yè)教育課程管理的歷史演變,明確了職業(yè)院校課程管理的生態(tài)取向。結(jié)合對職業(yè)院校課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的初步認(rèn)識,,在移植“生物生態(tài)系統(tǒng)管理”理論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出“課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)管理”的概念。最后,通過分析職業(yè)院校課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況的異變類型,給出了針對職業(yè)院校層面的課程生態(tài)系統(tǒng)管理的策略。 結(jié)論部分:提出了本文的核心觀點(diǎn),交代了研究的不足之處及對后續(xù)研究的建議。
[Abstract]:The curriculum development and management based on ecological philosophy is the sublation of scientism curriculum view and its management.It determines that "managing for sustainable organizational management" will become the value pursuit of curriculum management in vocational colleges and universities.Therefore, this paper, from the perspective of curriculum management, follows the clue of curriculum, curriculum ecosystem, curriculum ecosystem of vocational colleges, curriculum ecosystem management, through the use of literature, comparative and historical research methods separately and synthetically.Based on the analysis of the connotation, elements, environment, structure, function and characteristics of curriculum ecosystem in vocational colleges and universities, the concept and strategy of "curriculum ecosystem management" are put forward.The details are as follows:The first chapter, preface: on the basis of demonstrating the purpose and significance of the research, this paper combs the existing research results both at home and abroad, defines three basic concepts of vocational college curriculum, curriculum management and employer, and clarifies the main research methods.The concrete research content and train of thought are given.In the second chapter, the connotation of curriculum ecosystem in vocational colleges and universities: on the premise of defining "curriculum ecosystem of vocational colleges", the paper demonstrates that the elements of this system are teachers, students, employers and curriculum resources.And the environmental factors and structure of the four elements as the central thing.In chapter three, the structure of curriculum ecosystem in vocational colleges and universities: the relationship between the elements and systems of curriculum ecosystem in vocational colleges and universities is discussed, and the P-D-S theory model of curriculum management of Japanese scholar Takano and Gui I is introduced.The basic structure model of curriculum ecosystem in vocational colleges is constructed.Chapter four, the function of curriculum ecosystem in vocational colleges: this chapter clarifies its operation mechanism and basic function according to the structure model of curriculum ecosystem in vocational colleges, and summarizes the characteristics of the system.Generalize further deepen its overall understanding and overall grasp.Chapter five, Curriculum ecosystem management in vocational colleges: by investigating the historical evolution of curriculum management in vocational education, the ecological orientation of curriculum management in vocational colleges is clarified.Based on the preliminary understanding of curriculum ecosystem in vocational colleges and universities, the concept of "curriculum ecosystem management" is put forward on the basis of transplanting the theory of "biological ecosystem management".Finally, by analyzing the different types of curriculum ecosystem in vocational colleges and universities, the strategies of curriculum ecosystem management in vocational colleges and universities are given.Conclusion: this paper puts forward the core point of view, explains the shortcomings of the study and the suggestions for further study.
