【摘要】：正現(xiàn)代職業(yè)人才是推動(dòng)現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展最重要的力量。我國(guó)正面臨經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級(jí)的新轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,職業(yè)教育創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展的緊迫性和必要性更為突出。社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)綜合素質(zhì)和技能雙優(yōu)人才的需求十分殷切,但是我們的職業(yè)教育存在明顯的多方面的不適應(yīng)。比如,職業(yè)教育的專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)過(guò)于單調(diào),職業(yè)教育的社會(huì)地位依然不高,與家長(zhǎng)、學(xué)生求學(xué)、求職的愿望不相適應(yīng),雙師型教師嚴(yán)重短缺等諸多難題,都有待探索和破解。職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展規(guī)劃需要走出作為學(xué)齡人口分流的"學(xué)歷教育"補(bǔ)充的誤區(qū)。擴(kuò)大職業(yè)教育招生規(guī)模,正是基于義務(wù)教育階段之后的全國(guó)學(xué)齡人口基數(shù)出發(fā)的。職業(yè)教育改革已從基本滿足升學(xué)要
[Abstract]:Modern professional talents are the most important force to promote the development of modern industry.China is facing a new transition period of economic and social development mode transformation and industrial structure adjustment and upgrading. The urgency and necessity of vocational education innovation and development are more prominent.The development of society and economy has great demand for the talents with both comprehensive quality and skill, but our vocational education has obvious inadaptability in many aspects.For example, the professional structure of vocational education is too monotonous, the social status of vocational education is still not high, and parents, students to study, the desire to apply for a job, the serious shortage of double-qualified teachers and many other difficult problems need to be explored and solved.The development planning of vocational education needs to get rid of the misunderstanding of "academic education" as the diversion of school-age population.Expanding the enrollment scale of vocational education is based on the national school-age population base after compulsory education.Vocational Education Reform has basically met the requirements of higher Education
