【摘要】:中等職業(yè)學(xué)校肩負(fù)著為本地區(qū)建設(shè)培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型人才,向生產(chǎn)、服務(wù)、管理第一線輸送專業(yè)技術(shù)人才的任務(wù)。進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來國家大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育,對(duì)中等職業(yè)教育尤其是對(duì)中西部的職業(yè)學(xué)校予以資金的投入和政策扶持。我國中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展迅猛,為社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展輸送了大批人才。與此同時(shí)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題引起了社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注,這也是長期以來一直困擾著學(xué)校、家長以及畢業(yè)生的一個(gè)難題。 本文通過采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問卷調(diào)查法、個(gè)案研究和實(shí)地調(diào)查的研究方法,針對(duì)呼倫貝爾市海拉爾區(qū)第一職業(yè)學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析,探索解決海拉爾區(qū)第一職業(yè)學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題的有效途徑。 本文通過對(duì)用工單位和近三屆畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查和訪談,了解呼倫貝爾市海拉爾區(qū)第一職業(yè)學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。對(duì)應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行了就業(yè)心理問卷調(diào)查,通過對(duì)調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,一方面可以掌握社會(huì)對(duì)職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生的需求及學(xué)生就業(yè)情況,為學(xué)校的招生提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,另 方面通過對(duì)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)調(diào)查也可以對(duì)學(xué)校的課程設(shè)置,學(xué)生就業(yè)導(dǎo)向,就業(yè)心理以及就業(yè)前培訓(xùn)提供了資料。最重要的是剖析了影響呼倫貝爾市海拉爾區(qū)第一職業(yè)學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)造成這一局面主要是受到呼倫貝爾市經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的影響,教育因素的影響。并且提出來一系列的解決措施,即當(dāng)?shù)卣畱?yīng)發(fā)揮地區(qū)優(yōu)勢,加快經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的步伐,多渠道對(duì)中等職業(yè)教育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入,建立人才預(yù)測預(yù)報(bào)體制。學(xué)校應(yīng)加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),改革學(xué)校課程設(shè)置,及時(shí)調(diào)整學(xué)校開設(shè)專業(yè),加快職業(yè)教育改革和創(chuàng)新,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational schools shoulder the task of cultivating technical and technical talents for the construction of the region, providing production, service and management for the first line of professional technical personnel.Since the 21 century, the country has vigorously developed vocational education, especially to the central and western vocational schools to give financial input and policy support.China's secondary vocational education is developing rapidly, which has sent a large number of talents for social and economic development.At the same time, the employment of secondary vocational school graduates has attracted wide attention from all walks of life, which has been a difficult problem for schools, parents and graduates for a long time.Through the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, case study and field investigation, this paper investigates and analyzes the employment situation of the graduates of the first vocational school in Hulunbeir district.To explore the effective way to solve the employment problem of the first vocational school graduates in Hailar district.Based on the investigation and interview of the employed units and the graduates of the recent three classes, the present situation of employment of the graduates of the first vocational school in Hulunbeir district is understood.Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, we can grasp the demand of the society to the students of vocational school and the employment situation of the students, and provide the data support for the enrollment of the school.On the other hand, the employment survey of graduates can also provide information on the curriculum, employment orientation, employment psychology and pre-employment training of the students.The most important is to analyze the factors that affect the employment of the graduates of the first vocational school in Hulunbeir, and find that this situation is mainly influenced by the economic, cultural and educational factors of Hulunbeir.And put forward a series of solutions, that is, the local government should give play to the regional advantages, speed up the pace of economic development, multi-channel investment in secondary vocational education funds, and establish a talent forecasting system.Schools should strengthen the construction of teachers, reform the curriculum of schools, adjust the opening of majors in time, speed up the reform and innovation of vocational education, and improve the quality of teaching.
