五年制大專學(xué)生思想道德教育中存在的問題及對策研究

【摘要】:五年制大學(xué)專科教育是指高等職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院或高等?茖W(xué)校(以下稱高職(高專)院校)招收應(yīng)屆的初中畢業(yè)生,對其實(shí)行五年一貫制培養(yǎng)模式的高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育。高職(高專)院校通過五年時間對學(xué)生進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的高等職業(yè)教育,將原本初中起點(diǎn)的學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育大學(xué)?粕话惴Q這些學(xué)生為五年制大專生,他們是完成了九年義務(wù)教育之后,選擇職業(yè)技術(shù)教育作為自己未來學(xué)習(xí)及就業(yè)的方向。我國1985年開始設(shè)置這種五年制的大學(xué)專科教育以來,,實(shí)踐證明由于這種教育形式不但便于統(tǒng)籌安排教學(xué)計(jì)劃,還實(shí)現(xiàn)了我國現(xiàn)有的中等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育與高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育之間的銜接,能夠充分發(fā)揮出高職(高專)院校的辦學(xué)優(yōu)勢,而且有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)我國高等職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)形式的多樣化。隨著高等教育規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,五年制大專教育更加呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的勢頭。 中共中央、國務(wù)院在《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的意見》中提出,“加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育”主要任務(wù)之一是“以基本道德規(guī)范為基礎(chǔ),深入進(jìn)行公民道德教育”。[1]這就要求廣大教育工作者需要積極引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生自覺遵守社會主義基本道德規(guī)范。作為高校就必須不斷加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)學(xué)生的思想道德教育。當(dāng)代的五年制大專學(xué)生的道德整體水平雖然有了一定程度的提高,許多學(xué)生具有比較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)代道德觀念和責(zé)任意識,但也有部分學(xué)生在不同程度上存在著社會公德意識淡化和道德失范等行為,在社會帶來了一定的不良影響。這是由于近年來隨著我國生源數(shù)量的減少,導(dǎo)致五年制高職(高專)院校的入學(xué)門檻不斷降低,致使當(dāng)前五年制大專學(xué)生的生源素質(zhì)狀況呈現(xiàn)出下降的趨勢。五年制大專教育由于其學(xué)形式的特殊性決定了五年制大專學(xué)生是一個非常特殊的群體,他們?nèi)狈α己玫膶W(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、學(xué)習(xí)方法、學(xué)習(xí)自信心和自制力,剛從相對封閉的中學(xué)生活來到了相對開放的大學(xué)生活,面對的是一個新奇而又陌生的環(huán)境,面臨著生活上自理、學(xué)習(xí)上的自覺、管理上的自治、思想上的自我教育、目標(biāo)上的自我選擇等各個方面的適應(yīng)。所以,深入了解分析五年制大專學(xué)生的思想道德狀況,尋找出他們所存在的問題并提出相應(yīng)的解決方法是十分重要的。因?yàn)閷W(xué)生的思想道德教育是其道德素養(yǎng)形成的主要途徑,這直接關(guān)系到他們今后對待生活、學(xué)習(xí)、工作以及對待社會的態(tài)度,直接影響到其道德觀、人生觀和價值觀的形成。五年制大專學(xué)生思想道德教育中存在的問題如果不能得到切實(shí)有效地處理的話,勢必會影響其他們的身心健康發(fā)展,更會影響到其在以后的成長、成才和成功。因此,針對五年制大專學(xué)生思想道德教育中存在的問題進(jìn)行深刻分析,并提出切實(shí)可行的解決對策,對于幫助和指導(dǎo)五年制大專生順利完成從中學(xué)生到大學(xué)生的轉(zhuǎn)變,盡快適應(yīng)五年制高職(高專)院校的學(xué)習(xí)、生活環(huán)境,就顯得既必要而又迫切。 本文除去引言和結(jié)論共分為三個大部分: 第一部分中,主要是對當(dāng)前我過五年制大專學(xué)生的五年制大專學(xué)生的思想特點(diǎn)現(xiàn)狀和五年制大專學(xué)生與普通高校學(xué)生相比較所存在的一些優(yōu)勢和不足之處等方面進(jìn)行分析,對五年制大專學(xué)生的思想現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行比較深入的了解。 第二部分中,主要對當(dāng)前五年制大專學(xué)生思想道德教育中存在問題及原因進(jìn)行深刻分析。當(dāng)前五年制大專學(xué)生在思想道德教育方面的問題十分嚴(yán)重,主要表現(xiàn)為在理想和價值觀方面比較模糊、道德認(rèn)知與道德行為之間嚴(yán)重脫節(jié)、缺少對中華民族傳統(tǒng)道德知識的了解,深受網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬世界影響、心理健康方面的問題日益突出等方面的問題。究其原因,是由于五年制大專學(xué)生自身特點(diǎn)、家庭教育氛圍、學(xué)校的教育引導(dǎo)、社會環(huán)境方面因素,必須對五年制大專學(xué)生思想道德中存在的問題進(jìn)行認(rèn)真分析,從學(xué)生自身因素、家庭教育因素、學(xué)校教育因素以及社會環(huán)境因素等各個角度出發(fā),認(rèn)真了解問題產(chǎn)生的原因并最終促使問題得到有效的解決是至關(guān)重要的。 第三部分中,主要探討如何加強(qiáng)五年制大專學(xué)生思想道德教育的對策。面對錯綜復(fù)雜的社會環(huán)境,如何加強(qiáng)青年學(xué)生的思想道德教育是所有人以及全社會共同的責(zé)任和義務(wù)。應(yīng)根據(jù)五年制大專學(xué)生自身的實(shí)際特點(diǎn)從轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)教育理念做起,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)及改進(jìn)五年制大專學(xué)生的家庭道德教育、學(xué)校道德教育以及社會德育環(huán)境,讓思想道德教育滲透于各種教育當(dāng)中。
[Abstract]:Five year college education means higher Career Technical College or College (hereinafter called vocational (high) schools) to recruit fresh graduates of junior middle school, the training of higher occupation technique education model of five year system. The CPC Central Committee, the State Council put forward the "on Further Strengthening and improving ideological and political education opinion", "one of the main tasks of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students is the basic moral standard as the basis of citizen moral education".[1] which requires educators to actively guide students to consciously abide by the basic norms of socialism ethics. As universities must constantly strengthen and improve the ideological and moral education of students. The overall level of contemporary five year college students' moral although improved to a certain extent, many students have relatively strong modern morality and sense of responsibility, but some students exist in varying degrees of social morality and desalination moral anomie behavior in society has brought some adverse effects. To adapt to the target of self selection and other aspects. Therefore, in-depth understanding of the ideological and moral status of five year college students, to find out their existing problems and put forward corresponding solutions is important because ten. Students' Ideological and moral education is the main way of the moral accomplishment, this treatment is directly related to their future life, learning, work and attitude towards society, directly affect the formation of moral values, outlook on life and values. There are five year college students in the ideological and moral education problems if not effectively effectively, it will influence their physical and mental health development, it will affect the future growth, growth and success. Therefore, in-depth analysis of existing five year college students in Ideological and moral education, and put forward the feasible countermeasure, for help and guidance for five year college students successfully completed the transition from middle school students to College students, to adapt to the five year vocational colleges as soon as possible (high) learning, living environment, it is both necessary and urgent.
In this paper, the introduction and conclusion are divided into three parts.

In the second part, mainly on the current problems and reasons of five year college students in the ideological and moral education. In the third part, mainly discusses the countermeasures how to strengthen the system of five years of College Students Ideological and moral education. Facing the perplexing social environment, how to strengthen the ideological and moral education of young students is all people and all social responsibility and obligations. According to the actual characteristics of five year college students from the start to change the traditional education idea, family to further strengthen and improve the moral education of five year college students, school moral education and social moral education environment, make moral education penetration in various education.
