【摘要】：近年來(lái)，職業(yè)院校學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)局面混亂、實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)中安全事故頻發(fā)的現(xiàn)象引起了各地教育部門(mén)乃至中央的高度重視。為了保障職業(yè)院校學(xué)生的實(shí)習(xí)安全和合法權(quán)益，維護(hù)職業(yè)院校正常的教育教學(xué)秩序，提高職業(yè)院校的危機(jī)防范能力，最大限度地減少危機(jī)的發(fā)生、降低危機(jī)帶來(lái)的損害，本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法和比較研究法，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外危機(jī)防范的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析，指出了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在危機(jī)防范研究中取得的進(jìn)展，并找到了危機(jī)防范研究中存在的問(wèn)題及不足。我國(guó)多數(shù)學(xué)者對(duì)危機(jī)防范問(wèn)題的研究停留在策略問(wèn)題的提出上，總體缺乏系統(tǒng)性和可操作性，國(guó)外學(xué)者對(duì)危機(jī)防范的研究比較系統(tǒng)、全面，但更多地應(yīng)用于企業(yè)、政府或公共危機(jī)事件，很少應(yīng)用于學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)。因此，縱觀國(guó)內(nèi)外研究，職業(yè)院校實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)的危機(jī)防范機(jī)制研究勢(shì)在必行。 危機(jī)防范是指為了預(yù)警和防控危機(jī)，對(duì)危機(jī)隱患及其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)、診斷與預(yù)控的一種特殊的管理活動(dòng)，其目的在于防止危機(jī)的發(fā)生或者減輕危機(jī)發(fā)生后的危害程度，保證組織處于良好的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。本文從實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)危機(jī)防范機(jī)制的概念界定、實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)危機(jī)防范機(jī)制現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查結(jié)果及原因分析、實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)危機(jī)防范機(jī)制運(yùn)行的基本原則、建立健全實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)危機(jī)防范機(jī)制、實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)危機(jī)防范機(jī)制運(yùn)行的保障措施五個(gè)部分展開(kāi)研究，以整合的視角探析了實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)危機(jī)防范機(jī)制的概念，通過(guò)調(diào)查研究了解實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)危機(jī)防范機(jī)制的現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題，并進(jìn)行了原因分析，在堅(jiān)持以人為本原則、科學(xué)化原則、制度保障原則和協(xié)同運(yùn)作原則的基礎(chǔ)上，建立健全實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)危機(jī)防范機(jī)制，包括危機(jī)防范的預(yù)警機(jī)制、信息發(fā)布機(jī)制、心理干預(yù)機(jī)制、監(jiān)督檢查機(jī)制、資金投入機(jī)制和反饋機(jī)制。本研究針對(duì)目前職業(yè)院校實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)危機(jī)防范機(jī)制的調(diào)查結(jié)果及原因分析，在機(jī)制運(yùn)行基本原則的前提下，建立健全實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)的危機(jī)防范機(jī)制，并提出了支撐機(jī)制良好運(yùn)行的保障措施：首先，增強(qiáng)學(xué)生危機(jī)防范意識(shí)，提高學(xué)生危機(jī)防范能力；其次，健全危機(jī)防范的組織體系，提高危機(jī)管理的效率；第三，建立危機(jī)防范的長(zhǎng)效工作機(jī)制，保障實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)的日常防范；第四，促進(jìn)實(shí)習(xí)規(guī)章制度建設(shè)，促使危機(jī)防范系統(tǒng)化、制度化；最后，完善實(shí)習(xí)法律法規(guī)建設(shè)，，使得學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)有法可依。 本文從系統(tǒng)論和整體觀的維度上，建立健全職業(yè)院校實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)的危機(jī)防范機(jī)制，提高職業(yè)院校危機(jī)防范的能力，形成科學(xué)、合理的管理制度，既能豐富職業(yè)院校創(chuàng)新管理的內(nèi)容，為職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式提供重要的制度保障，具有較大的理論價(jià)值，又能有效地預(yù)警和防范危機(jī)事件，降低危機(jī)損害，為學(xué)生在實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)中的安全和合法權(quán)益提供保障，具有深遠(yuǎn)的實(shí)踐意義。本研究有助于“以人為本、以學(xué)生為主體”理念的全面實(shí)踐，保護(hù)學(xué)生人身安全，保障學(xué)生合法權(quán)益，能夠?yàn)槁殬I(yè)院校實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)危機(jī)事件的防范提供思路和可操作的策略，推動(dòng)校企合作的健康發(fā)展，從而建立健全職業(yè)院校實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)的危機(jī)防范機(jī)制，以有效的制度保障和有力的秩序控制來(lái)防范危機(jī)事件的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the current situation and developing trend of crisis prevention in vocational colleges and universities in order to guarantee the safety and lawful rights and interests of students in vocational colleges and universities , and points out the problems and shortcomings in the research of crisis prevention .

Based on the concept of practical training crisis prevention mechanism , the basic principles of prevention mechanism of practical training crisis , the mechanism of preventive mechanism of practical training crisis prevention mechanism , the mechanism of supervision and inspection , the mechanism of financial input and the feedback mechanism are set up .
Secondly , improve the organizational system of crisis prevention and improve the efficiency of crisis management ;
Thirdly , establish the long - term working mechanism of crisis prevention and guarantee the daily prevention of practical training ;
Fourthly , to promote the construction of practice rules and regulations , and to promote the systemization and institutionalization of crisis prevention ;
Finally , perfect the construction of the practice laws and regulations , so that the student ' s practice is legal .

Based on the systematic theory and the whole view , the paper establishes and perfects the crisis prevention mechanism of the practice training of vocational colleges , enhances the ability of the crisis prevention in vocational colleges , forms a scientific and reasonable management system , which can enrich the creative management of vocational colleges . It can help the students to protect their personal safety and protect the lawful rights and interests of students . This study will help to establish and improve the crisis prevention mechanism of practical training in vocational colleges , so as to establish and improve the crisis prevention mechanism of practice training in vocational colleges , so as to prevent the occurrence of crisis events by means of effective system guarantee and strong order control .
