【摘要】:職業(yè)道德教育是高職院校思想政治教育的重要內(nèi)容。由于農(nóng)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中的基礎(chǔ)地位,切實加強農(nóng)業(yè)類高職院校的職業(yè)道德教育,對提高全社會職業(yè)道德水平、維護社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的社會信用體系具有十分重要的意義。當前有不少農(nóng)業(yè)類高職院校正在廣泛探尋職業(yè)道德教育的多元化模式,然而在實際運行中,依然存在很多亟待解決的問題,這些問題的出現(xiàn)導(dǎo)致職業(yè)道德教育的效果差強人意。當今農(nóng)業(yè)類高職院校的職業(yè)道德教育課程中,多數(shù)依然以課堂教學的途徑來傳授職業(yè)道德教育的概念。此外,農(nóng)業(yè)類高職院校在職業(yè)道德教育的方式上不盡合理,學生在職業(yè)道德教育未能真正彰顯其作為教育主體的應(yīng)有地位,在職業(yè)道德教育上的隱性課程與顯性課程涇渭分明地獨立開來,而且在教育過程中,機械地分割了理論和實踐之間的有機結(jié)合。 高等職業(yè)教育具有職業(yè)性的特征,畢業(yè)生在完成三年的教育任務(wù)后走上工作崗位,實現(xiàn)自身價值。高等職業(yè)院校在專業(yè)設(shè)置上相對貼近社會和市場的需要,職業(yè)的導(dǎo)向性相比普通高校而言更強。專業(yè)技能是高職院校學生畢業(yè)后走上社會的謀生本領(lǐng),但僅靠專業(yè)技能無法使農(nóng)業(yè)類高職院校的學生勝任工作崗位要求。 當前我國高職院校學生的職業(yè)道德教育是依托思想政治教育共同展開的,職業(yè)道德教育所處的從屬位置使得職業(yè)道德教育的發(fā)展得不到重視,F(xiàn)有的職業(yè)道德教育的論文在提出改革路徑方面操作性偏低,沒有從高職院校的就業(yè)實踐入手將職業(yè)道德真正自覺內(nèi)化為學生的實際行動,同時現(xiàn)有的學生職業(yè)道德教育研究成果鮮有專門針對農(nóng)業(yè)類學生開展研究的。 本論文從我國農(nóng)業(yè)類高職院校的職業(yè)道德教育實踐中所存在的問題入手,探析職業(yè)道德教育低效的主要原因,之后運用SWOT的方法來探究我國農(nóng)業(yè)類職業(yè)院校開展職業(yè)道德教育的主要方案,并從實際工作的需要出發(fā)提出了一系列具體可行的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Professional ethics education is an important content of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.Because of the basic position of agriculture in the national economy, it is of great significance to strengthen the professional ethics education of agricultural higher vocational colleges to improve the level of professional ethics of the whole society and to maintain the social credit system of socialist market economy.At present, many agricultural higher vocational colleges are extensively exploring the diversified mode of professional ethics education. However, in the actual operation, there are still many problems to be solved. These problems lead to the unsatisfactory results of professional ethics education.Nowadays, most of the professional ethics education courses in agricultural higher vocational colleges still teach the concept of professional ethics education by the way of classroom teaching.In addition, the way of professional ethics education in agricultural higher vocational colleges is unreasonable, and students' professional ethics education has not really demonstrated their due status as the main body of education.The recessive curriculum in professional ethics education is distinct from the explicit curriculum, and in the process of education, the organic combination of theory and practice is divided mechanically.Higher vocational education has the characteristics of profession. After completing three years' education task, graduates go to work and realize their own value.Higher vocational colleges are relatively close to the needs of the society and the market in setting their specialties, and their vocational orientation is stronger than that of ordinary colleges and universities.Professional skill is the life ability of the students in higher vocational colleges after graduation, but it can not make the students of agricultural higher vocational colleges meet the job requirements by relying on the professional skills alone.At present, the professional ethics education of the students in higher vocational colleges in our country is carried out jointly by relying on the ideological and political education, and the subordinate position of the professional ethics education makes the development of the professional ethics education go unnoticed.The existing papers on the education of professional ethics are on the low side in putting forward the reform path, and have not started from the employment practice of higher vocational colleges to internalize their professional ethics into students' actual actions.At the same time, the existing research results of professional ethics education for agricultural students are rarely carried out.This paper begins with the problems existing in the practice of professional ethics education in agricultural higher vocational colleges in China, and analyzes the main reasons for the low efficiency of professional ethics education.Then we use the method of SWOT to probe into the main scheme of professional ethics education in agricultural vocational colleges and universities in our country, and put forward a series of concrete and feasible countermeasures and suggestions according to the needs of practical work.
