【摘要】：[目的]將客觀結(jié)構(gòu)化臨床考試(OSCE)引入《內(nèi)科護(hù)理學(xué)》課程的病案討論實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)中,比較OSCE模式的情景模擬教學(xué)方法和傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法在護(hù)理專業(yè)《內(nèi)科護(hù)理學(xué)》實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)中應(yīng)用的效果。[方法]隨機(jī)選取100名高職護(hù)生為研究對(duì)象,將其分為兩個(gè)教學(xué)班,1班50名學(xué)生為實(shí)驗(yàn)班,實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)采用OSCE模式情景教學(xué);2班50名學(xué)生為對(duì)照班,實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)采用傳統(tǒng)病案討論教學(xué)法。通過問卷調(diào)查、理論考核、實(shí)訓(xùn)技能考核等方式評(píng)估教學(xué)效果。[結(jié)果]OSCE教學(xué)干預(yù)后,兩班護(hù)生一般自我效能感總分、技能考核成績比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。76%的護(hù)生認(rèn)為OSCE模式情景模擬教學(xué)法對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)起到了積極的促進(jìn)作用。[結(jié)論]OSCE模式情景模擬教學(xué)可以提高高職護(hù)生的一般自我效能感和護(hù)理操作技能。
[Abstract]:[objective] to introduce the objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) into the medical record discussion and practice teaching of the course of Internal Medicine Nursing.To compare the effect of the situational simulation teaching method of OSCE model and the traditional teaching method in the practice teaching of nursing specialty "Internal Medicine Nursing".[methods] A total of 100 nursing students in higher vocational colleges were randomly selected and divided into two classes with 50 students in class 1 as experimental classes, and 50 students in class 2 in OSCE model as control class in practical teaching.The traditional medical record discussion teaching method is adopted in practical teaching.The effect of teaching is evaluated by questionnaire, theoretical examination, practical training skills assessment and so on.[results] after the intervention of OSCE, the total scores of general self-efficacy and the scores of skill examination were significantly different between the two classes. The nursing students considered that the OSCE model situational simulation teaching method played a positive role in promoting learning.[conclusion] OSCE situational simulation teaching can improve the general self-efficacy and nursing operation skills of higher vocational nursing students.
