基于產(chǎn)教融合的“物流產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院”機(jī)制創(chuàng)新與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:本成果于2007年啟動,經(jīng)過7年的研究、探索與實(shí)踐形成了一套產(chǎn)教深度融合的協(xié)同育人機(jī)制。學(xué)校與浙江物產(chǎn)集團(tuán)共建了融生產(chǎn)、教學(xué)、培訓(xùn)、研用于一體的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院,通過共建機(jī)制、共同育人、共贏發(fā)展,解決了校企融合中高職教育與產(chǎn)業(yè)需求脫節(jié)、專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與企業(yè)崗位脫節(jié)、實(shí)踐教學(xué)與生產(chǎn)流程脫節(jié)的三大難題。成果實(shí)現(xiàn)了三大創(chuàng)新:一是創(chuàng)建了"戰(zhàn)略合作、需求對接、體制保障、項目載體、設(shè)施共享、人才共用"校企融合新機(jī)制;二是創(chuàng)新了實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)模式,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計"課程專項實(shí)訓(xùn)—綜合實(shí)訓(xùn)—頂崗實(shí)習(xí)"實(shí)訓(xùn)模式,運(yùn)用ICT技術(shù)將企業(yè)現(xiàn)場引入課堂,實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)過程與企業(yè)生產(chǎn)對接技術(shù);三是創(chuàng)新實(shí)施了學(xué)校與企業(yè)團(tuán)隊互聘互兼雙職機(jī)制。成果有效提升了人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、教師素質(zhì)與專業(yè)服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)能力,通過"三維推廣"機(jī)制的落實(shí),在引領(lǐng)示范,輻射帶動效應(yīng)等方面亦取得了明顯成效。
[Abstract]:This achievement was launched in 2007, and after 7 years of research, the exploration and practice formed a set of synergetic education mechanism of deep integration of production and teaching.The school and Zhejiang Product Group have jointly established a logistics industry college that integrates production, teaching, training and research into one body. Through the joint construction of a mechanism to jointly educate people and develop in a win-win way, the school has solved the disconnect between higher vocational education and industrial demand in the integration of schools and enterprises.Professional standards are out of line with enterprise posts, and practical teaching and production processes are disjointed.The achievements have achieved three major innovations: first, the establishment of a new mechanism of "strategic cooperation, demand docking, institutional support, project carrier, facilities sharing, talent sharing", and the second, the innovation of practical teaching mode,The system designs the training mode of "course special practice, comprehensive training and practice on top of the post", which uses ICT technology to introduce the enterprise field into classroom, and realizes the docking technology between teaching process and enterprise production.Third, innovation and implementation of the school and the enterprise team to hire each other and two-job mechanism.The results have effectively improved the quality of talent training, the quality of teachers and the ability of professional service industry. Through the implementation of the "three dimensional promotion" mechanism, remarkable results have been achieved in leading the demonstration and radiation driving effect.
