【摘要】：文章分析了我國高職院校章程建設的現(xiàn)狀,指出了高職院校章程確立及推行中存在的問題,剖析了高職院校章程確立及推行的理論條件,并對照問題提出了高職院校章程確立及推行的建議:(1)章程確立的建議:確立章程意識,明確章程的法律地位,成立專門組織機構(gòu),廣泛征求意見,明晰章程確立程序,豐富章程內(nèi)容;(2)章程推行的建議:強化章程意識,制定章程推行制度體系,建立章程推行監(jiān)督機構(gòu),章程修訂明確具體,推進學校去行政化,開展章程推行效果測評。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation of the constitution construction of higher vocational colleges in China, points out the problems existing in the establishment and implementation of the articles of association of higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the theoretical conditions for the establishment and implementation of the articles of association of higher vocational colleges.It also puts forward some suggestions on the establishment and implementation of the articles of association of higher vocational colleges: establishing the consciousness of the articles of association, clarifying the legal status of the articles of association, setting up special organizations, seeking opinions extensively, and clarifying the procedure of establishing the articles of association.
