【摘要】:通過(guò)國(guó)家級(jí)技能大師工作室項(xiàng)目工藝美術(shù)大師入校園,非遺技藝傳承課程開(kāi)發(fā),建立以"四位一體、雙核驅(qū)動(dòng)"(雙核為核心從業(yè)能力和核心職業(yè)技能)為核心理念的工作室人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制新模式,依托工藝美術(shù)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)設(shè)立學(xué)院嶺南藝術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)系,工學(xué)結(jié)合共同育人。探索以"大師工作室"為載體培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)技能人才途徑,創(chuàng)建工藝美術(shù)行業(yè)職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)體系。
[Abstract]:Through the national skill master studio project, the master of arts and crafts entered the campus, the course of inheritance of non-posthumous skills was developed, and the "four-in-one" was established. The new mode of modern apprenticeship system, which is based on the core concept of "dual-core" (dual-nucleus as core competence and core vocational skills), established the Lingnan Art Industry Department of College, relying on the Association of Arts and Crafts Industry, This paper explores the ways of cultivating high quality talents with the carrier of "Master Studio", and establishes the professional ability training system of arts and crafts industry.
